I have been chasing an outstanding payment of £8000 with 777 for 2 weeks. Several emails down the road and phone calls I am nowhere nearer to resolving the issue. I sent multiple documents to confirm and verify my account and they have paid out other withdrawals but i have been informed that the delay in payment is down to a technical issue. My last correspondence with them I was told it would be paid in 24 hours. That was 40 hours ago. Very disappointing, particularly as they are part of the 888 group who I believed to be a reputable and trustworthy company.

I am sure the slots are rigged. The wins are so small and a bonus never comes in. Never shows your true balance and the help page is just a white screen. I seriously think that this is a scam.

Stupid I know but again I have played money and got lucky winning. It’s not a mega amount but now I got to sit till Monday to see if they pay me my winnings. Hello 888 u message me about my issue on other review, my question is why am I sitting her worrying that I won’t get paid. I’m see people not getting paid and u making excuses why not to pay out.. I have played fair on site and if I lost u wouldn’t refund my money.. this time I won and I am sitting since Friday waiting to get paid... why do I have to feel like this gambling is supposed to be fun... if I give u my username that’s not going to help as u won’t be able to process the the payment today anyway.. if I get paid I will change this review, but again like I say I’m having to sit another day wondering if it’s going to be paid..

And this is sure when/if I get paid this Winnings I will be closing the account because me and every other player shouldn’t feel this way
