Reassured the site is real
As many before have and many will continue to, I wondered whether this was a fraud. Hadn't actually used the site many times because of.... then on Friday 10th April, I was informed that I had a winning ticket. Great stuff !!. Later that day I began to complete the verification process to claim the prize and kept hitting hurdles that stopped me completing. Eventually, I emailed the helpline and got no response. The following day, now being a weekend, I still got no response, but got reminders that must have been automated, reminding me to claim my prize... and the same on the Sunday giving me even more belief that it was a scam site. Then on the Monday I got the info I needed to claim my prize.. and a confirmation email that my prize was being prepared for delivery within 5 working days... that was MONDAY. On the Wednesday, just two days later.. my prize was delivered.
What I'd say to people is this... for those that spend a lot of money but win nothing - remember the whole process does not and cannot guarantee any win... it doesn't matter how much you spend, you cannot expect a win but work out the numbers on any game... and you'll find that the promotors will get up to three times the value of the prize they give out... so they win... you, as a punter, can still have a great deal of fun in the process and, as in my case, I won a £250 Ninja air fryer for an outlay of a tenner, so I also won on that occasion... but I don't always win. Always remember to be gamble aware!

I entered just after 7pm with £1 and had the winning call at 9.10 and the winnings in my account by 10pm. Sam was amazing delivering the good news and both super friendly, helpful and professional. I always thought these websites were not as realistic as they make out. I was so wrong. I would encourage anyone who has a spare £1 to enter, you just never know!
