The shoes are of really great quality especially since it’s difficult to find lamb leather shoes or heels. However I ordered number 9 and technically that should be size 40 but I received 41 so it was loose on me. I had to order some pads for the shoes to make it fit snug. Other than that, they’re really nice. Wore them to work yesterday, was super comfy until the very end of day. So all in all, great shoes!

I would give this company NEGATIVE 100,000 stars if I could, and I want everyone to be aware of how this company can scam you with their terrible-quality shoes. First of all, they sent me defective shoes that were far too large, and they refused to accept a return. I had to spend my own money to go to UPS and return the defective shoes, which cost me $25. I wish I could upload a picture to show just how horrible and defective these shoes were. Additionally, they deducted an extra $10 for some ridiculous reason. In total, I spent $35 and wasted a lot of time dealing with these awful shoes, which they admitted were defective.
Please, everyone, be cautious of this company and think twice before purchasing anything from them. Don't let the beautiful pictures on their website fool you!

The $10 amount mentioned was the original shipping fee charged when the order was placed, as the order did not qualify for our free shipping threshold. This was not a deduction made during the refund process.
Regarding the fit of the shoes, we understand that sizing experiences can vary from person to person. When you reported concerns about the fit, our team worked with you throughout the return process and processed the refund once the returned shoes were received by our warehouse.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the return shipping cost. While our current policy requires customers to cover return shipping, we recognize that this can be frustrating, especially when a product does not work out as expected. We are actively working to improve our customer experience and after-sales service.

After checking with our logistics system, we can confirm that your package was successfully delivered on the 15th at around 2:00 PM.
For reference, our website states that:
Order processing takes approximately 1–3 business days, and
Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.
Your order was placed on December 1st and delivered on December 15th, which falls within our normal delivery timeframe.
Because we ship internationally, parcels must go through export and import customs clearance, along with other unpredictable factors during transit. In addition, this period includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday gift season, when global shipping networks are extremely busy and temporary slowdowns are quite common.
That said, your package traveled and arrived within the expected timeframe, and we sincerely hope the wait was worthwhile.

Most comfortable shoes
Was first confused since the parcel was sent from China. But everything went fine. Shoes arrived here in Vienna, Austria exactly after 10 days as was indicated on their site. The shoes are amazing quality. Feel like walking on a pillow. Also a pleasant surprise: there were no more import duties and taxes to pay. So the price you pay while ordering is what you pay.

In UK ordered from UK got US size
Update ! from original review in August - bought shoes in July - took 4 weeks to receive them. After receiving address to send shoes back to China the return sat in customs until 10th Oct - company did not check why - I eventually had to check using a Chinese friend to help translate - found out there was excise duties of $68 - I had lost complete faith in the distribution of these shoes so decided I wanted a refund - company agreed to pay half of this duty so I am worse off by $34 and no shoes! Until I am convinced the distribution to UK has improved I wont touch this company - the shoes looked lovely but cant take the risk of size not fitting - in the end customer service improved and they stayed in touch but ? why they allowed the package to stay in customs from 26th August until 10th October doesn't sit well with me. In UK ordered from UK - size 6 - received US size 6 - way too small - asked for return info - sent link for US customers - no idea where to send this back to!! shoes not cheap - I expect a bit more transparency and assistance and onus put back on me for ordering wrong size - no ! there was nowhere to say it was US sizing - not clear at all and now I have to pay for postage to China !!! not UK if I ever find out where to send it - at this stage would not recommend throwing away over £200 for these shoes
