I bought a minutes to make a call and after its just disappeared from my balance, now I have 0 minutes.
I contacted customer support asking then to restore my Unused minutes, they just do nothing, asking me to make purchase again . They steal my money!
it is a scam company! dont trust this site.
now I have to contact my bank to have my money back.
Shame 7th sense!!!

Appalling to work for, gaslighting and unprofessional. Impatient and zero business acumen.

The best advice I can give a client is to not think only the "good readers" are at the top. They have an odd ranking system and if you watch long enough you will see most have a range with a slow rise and fall.
As a reader, so unfortunate, hands down this site has some of the nicest clients but the system is antiquated making it very difficult to work with. You can expect high pressure to extend the length of the call as much as possible.

Beware of this scammy lady "NAVAYA" very dangerous lady claiming to be a psychic. First off, DONT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Go see the names all are staged!! I tried to leave many reviews, they never POST any real ones. Both my friend and I tested this scammer and she used totally same script and funny part is for each sentence starting "she said I dont sugarcoat" she thinks saying that will not let anyone catch her lies!!! Woww look, dont fall for any of these tactics...! Some people are PSYCHICS but some people are like this. And she is also registered in another website and there honestly they let genuine reviews also published unlike this website lol...! And we also did some investigation and relaized she banned in thise recently...!! So long story short....this website has some amazing psychics like Jessica, Cocomarie, Aquamoon but there aee also some scameers..just be aware!! Espically watch the signsss

Seventh Sense sent out a email asking members to try their newest app and they will give you 7 Free Minutes. I still NEVER received my 7 Free minutes. I did everything they asked me to do. I sent my email and number that I used for the new App. Please give my free 7 mins that's False Advertisement. Customer Service sucks here. They never answer the phones. Their is alot Competition out here. And 7th sense is lacking behind Big Time! Step up your Game.... It would be nice to implement a Time and Date or a QUE so we can wait for the Psychics readers to come online. Provide to me my Free 7mins I tested the new App and gave feedback. Stop LYING to customers. Social Media is a Poweful Tool.

I get a few readings a month pretty steadily since 2020 on 7th sense. Partially because one of my regular go to clairvoyants went to so readings on 7th sense and I followed her. I also have gotten some new perspectives and I like to get several verifications on certain situations. I get read by Gypsy Moon (genuine and gifted) regularly and have for years and I have had readings by Irish Rose and she’s pretty darn good as well from what I’ve found. You just really have to connect together. If not, it’s a waste of time and money. I haven’t experienced many others but will def give a heads up if they are really good. I am not really easy to please I’m giving it out for Start because that boys store is very iffy because of problems I have had getting some customer service and I had to wait but when I did get it, they were able to answer my question about my card and take care of everything and give me a credit for a whole different situation. With me, when it comes to readings the tarot cards is a NOT for me. It’s either a gifted reader with remote viewing or not. No in betweens.

It seems like anyone can pretend they are psychic. its too bad as there are some who are but most people on here are not authentic. It's sad. The company also has a lack of accountability and if you try to deactivate your account, they pass it off to the "help department" that is supposed to email you back but hardly ever do nor deactivate your account! Be careful. I wrote feedback for someone there who was not psychic at all and "pulled things out of a hat". The company did not post the feedback and that did not seem correct either.

Irish rose is fake and bad woman. She needs to be removed. She is just cheating people. Just dont trust ber reviews too all re created oens. I proved her that she was TOTALLY WRONG!! There are valuable psychics in 7th sense (like Thea, Allie, cocomarie, aquamoon, moonlight, tara etc) but there are fake ones unfortunately like this Irish rose. There are few more FAKEST like gifted suz, Rhea, Navaya, Aster. But mist top rates fake one is Irish Rose

The company has been warned about Jean # 185 being a predator for her cult voodoun network. She was fired from PPN Feb 2021 for harming customers spiritually and defruauding both the customers and the company. Jean is dangerous and they continue to allow her on the line and create fake reviews to appeal to more people she can harm.. she's been reported and they ignore it. This is not ethical.This woman is involved in top tier crimes, cyberbullies and cyberstalks clients within a gangstalking network her husband etc. Is involved in. She needs to be stopped. This company and other psychic lines need to be held accountable for exposing someone like this to the public. Beware people!

Customer service is ok. A lot of new ‘psychics’, recently hired. Most are tarot readers. I dont think they are clairvoyant ir mediums. It’s all cards. Not reliable. Before this year, 7th sense was authentic. Now, hiring anybody that reads cards, it is not the same. Pity…

The 7th sense admin & customer service are beyond atrocious, as is by far the worst I’ve ever experience from a so-called reputable company, bearing in mind, I have spent beyond a mini fortune with this company, and the way they treat there customers it’s beyond a JOKE.

I had a problem with attaching my credit card, a basic, rectifiable, basically issue… which has taken soon to be an approaching a YEAR and beyond, even though I have sent numerous occasions and emails with clear information to rectify the issue!

It would appear they are UNABLE to resolve… it’s taken 7th sense over (8 months) to rectify the issue and it still hasn’t been rectified. The team say ‘it’s something head office have to do’ but they don’t have access to head office even though (they work for the same company:) I’ve never heard of such an unprofessional set up in all my life.

You can’t get hold of anyone that can do anything, I can along as use the service more for them given a gold member. I’ve had a better levels of service from a one-man band company being run from their bedroom.

I used the site almost daily as a support network, and in the process spending much and become a gold member, having several months ago, found myself in an unexpected, difficult & suddenly life changing circumstance, that I was struggling to understand & deal with.

7th Sense - My final Words… most of the psychics are amazingly gifted, caring, professional knowledgeable & authentic psychics, however… there are a few hidden sex predictors & scammers on this site too…! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Have used for awhile nearly got scammed the other day by extension 321 asked to phone her back when I did she told me I'd need psycic surgery bur very expensive gave me her phone number and email and to email her immediately where she'd give me details to send psycic surgery is a scam don't he fooled I wrang them emailed them nothing she's still receiving calls
