800.com is very easy to set up and works almost instantly. I have had a few phone calls, they were very clear and told me it was a 1800 call coming in and could see the actual number calling. It is a great service and I highly recommend it!

dont regret we switched over.

We currently use it and had great experiences, only had a hic cup with the sms verification which seems very glitchy as i've already been approved and the old rejected one is still causing us messaging issues but help that would get fixed.

Extremely easy to set up and works great.

Extremely easy to set up and Customer Service is always wonderful. They get back to me in less than 24 hours. The price is very reasonable and I love the enhanced caller ID so I don’t have to ask my clients for more information about them. I’ve been using this service for a little over a year now and I couldn’t be any more pleased . Trying to set up the sms verification…

Trying to set up the sms verification is time consuming and confusing. It should be a simple proof of business and proof of letting clients know about the marketing and how to cancel.

ZERO customer support - SHAME ON YOU!

I’ve experienced zero customer support. The team clearly monitors reviews, since they respond to negative feedback, yet they remain unresponsive through their actual support line. Every time I call, I’m sent straight to voicemail, and despite leaving three messages, I’ve never received a call back.

All I’m trying to do is fix my voicemail. Instead of playing my greeting, callers are told my mailbox is full and cannot leave a message. When I attempt to delete voicemails, the only option is to archive them, which doesn’t free up space. This issue has left me completely stuck.

As a business owner, this is costing me thousands of dollars in lost opportunities. Reliable support should be a priority, and unfortunately, I have yet to see that reflected here.

After checking in with our support team, it looks like we were able to connect with you or someone from your team about 15 minutes after your original email request. During that conversation, we clarified that the “mailbox full” message is actually coming from your forwarding number, not from 800.com. Our system doesn’t generate or control voicemail limits, those are managed by the phone number your toll-free line is forwarding to.

Unfortunately, we don't have access to that voicemail box, so the best course of action would be to contact your phone carrier directly or clear voicemails from that forwarding line to resolve the issue.

If there's anything we can do on our end or if you run into any more questions, we're always here and happy to help. We truly value your business and hope this gets resolved quickly for you.

The company is doing well in building trust with customers and delivering on its promises.
