Sent out a 10 year old used battery as a new item, refuses to answer emails.

Dell d630 expansion bay battery - new compatible shown as available on website. Ordered, took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, what turned up was a used 10 year old genuine Dell battery. Which already said that it was reaching end of its life when checked in the bios. Sent email - no answer.

Battery didn't last, has now died and whilst within the 18 month warranty, they won't reply to allow return of it.

Avoid at all costs!

semms to be fine

Well, I was a bit worried about the battery I ordered, but it just arrived today and it seems to be fine. I bought a replacement for my HP laptop and the new battery charges up ok and holds the load for a decent period of time.
