I ordered a tshit 19 july and recieved confirmation that estaminated shipping is set for 25 july. I recieved package today, so nearly a month after the set date. Meanwhile I send an email and have no response since today. Honestly I will not recommend this shop.

Ordered the 2002 Korea japan World cup t shirt, after placing the order I received a text confirmation and link that took me to a page that said my order had been placed.
After a week I've heard no updates on when it's being dispatched or any arrival times, I checked the order tracker on the website and it says no orders have been placed under any of the email addresses I have, and same result going through the automated online chat.
It appears as if the order was never placed even though money got taken from my bank account.
Silver lining it was only 1 t shirt but going off the other reviews seen here it looks like I'm never seeing that £30 again.

Ordered a t-shirt online. Specifically this one:(CHANNEL ORANGE ADVERTISING STYLE TEE - FRONT & BACK PRINT).

The photos on the website showed a high-quality, screen-printed t-shirt. The t-shirt that arrived was not the same as in the photos. The quality was awful. the t-shirt was vinyl printed. It felt awful to wear and had a horrible chemical smell.

I tried to arrange a refund. I went to the returns page on their website which says you must email customerhelp@ 808sstore.com before sending any returns or they will not be accepted (illegal). I emailed and never had a reply. I assume they're thinking if they don't reply then they don't have to honour the refund (illegal).

I have sent the t-shirt back anyway, not received my refund yet.

Their social media channels show 100s of comments under all of their posts but when you go to view the comments, there are none. Could this be because people are going to their socials to complain and make other people aware, but their comments are being deleted by the company? I know my comments were all deleted.

I have managed to find the founders email, conor@ 808s.co.uk. Please direct complaints to him also.

Been well over a month and I haven't recieved my order. No option to refund. No response from customer service on any forum. No order updates. Tracking number shows the courier hasn't even recieved it yet. Had the absolute cheek to email twice asking for a review and feedback on my order. Avoid. Will update review if I ever recieve my order.

Update: recieved an email a few days after my review here was posted stating that my package must've been lost in the post and they will send a new one. Haven't recieved tracking info or the tshirt and it's a week later, make of that what you will. Either way I'm not bothered, ordered an identical tshirt off Aliexpress for less than a tenner delivered and I've recieved it already. 5* to Aliexpress.

Scam company, does not ship anything, does not reply attempts to contact.

I ordered a tshirt on Sunday 21st July to wear to a particular event. I paid extra for next day delivery. I didn't receive the tshirt umil Friday 26th July. I emailed Connor on the Thursday to ask for an update on the delivery and this email has not been answered yet. The quality of the tshirt is poor considering the price and I have since seen other companies selling the same shirt for less than half the price.... I would highly recommend people to avoid. The designs are really cool so it's a shame.

Update: Received an email from Conor on 19/08/24 apologising that I hadn’t received my order and advising that it must have got “lost in transit”. Conor advised that he would be resending my order and would update me with a new tracking order. Surprise I am still waiting and it’s now 02/09/24.

Ordered 2 T-shirts beginning of July. Payment taken straight away. Advised would receive them between 9 and 14 July. Still not received. Despite numerous emails and messages sent a reply has yet to be received and order has not arrived.

Ordered on 20th June, now a month later. Have chased on Facebook, email, phone and Instagram with no reply.

Scam company, don’t use or lose your money

I placed an order for just one tshirt more than 14 days ago, I should have received it on June 21. They dont respond to messages, DMs, emails. A few more days of margin and I will take legal action.//////25 days later,my order has arrived.(9th july)

Tried to return and they would not reply to my emails.
Got through on the phone and they hung up and refused to answer further phone calls and messages.

I have no idea why the owner chooses to scam people over trying to make a legitimate business out of this? I would have bought so many more shirts due to how good the design is. But for some reason he decides to not provide any actual products. Could be a legitimately big business if it wasn’t for the owner being a freak

came across from an IG advert so you automatically think it's trustworthy. Spent £70+, items came but needed to change sizes emailed multiple times to different emails associated with the company and never heard back. Wouldn't buy again. Poor business.

SCAM! Took my money and never sent a thing. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email… I’ve messaged them multiple times on their site and on Instagram however I haven’t heard a thing. DO NOT USE!

This is a fake store. I managed to get a refund from my credit card company. Avoid.

Ordered on May 8th. Received nothing, tracking says it is not even posted. Zero communication on any channel.

Total SCAM. Also reported on META because these guys do a lot of advertising

This company is a complete scam. I ordered 19th April with estimated delivery of 25-26th April. Now 8th May and it is still not even dispatched.

It is impossible to reach anyone who works at this company. They do not reply to emails, messages and the two phone numbers I’ve found do not work.

I’ve raised my order with my credit card provider as a scam and they are investigating the organisation. I’ve also raised this to other governmental bodies as it looks like 808s are doing this frequently.

Whoever ‘Conor Robinson’ is (if that’s even their real name) needs to be held to account.

If there was a 0 star rating option it would be here. No communication, reply or any acknowledgement following 3 emails. Item was bought over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
