I recently had to return two lowers so…
I recently had to return two lowers so that I could exchange them for two of a different caliber. I sent them the lowers two day mail and the tracking number indicated that they were received by 80 percent on Friday. I contacted them on Monday and I was on the phone a total of about 10 minutes and my two new lowers are on their way! The person that says that this is a scam has some kind of vendetta against this place. I have done business with them before and I have found that they answer their phones promptly and if they have to put you on hold they come back and let you know what's happening so that you don't think you've been forgotten. The customer service that I have received has been unsurpassed and the merchandise is first-rate quality.

I spent $260 on an easy jig to mill out lowers. Funny thing is their lowers that they carry now are not compatible with that jig, essentially making my jig worthless with a lower I cant mill unless I buy another jig. Why in the hell would you do something like that to your customers. I am officially done with your company now and will not recommend anyone buy from you, total ridiculousness.
Dont buy from them if you have the easy jig gen 1, that of course you spent slot of money on.
