Rich Citrin is amazing sales rep - great experience so far! would recommend

Here are the facts when you buy from 888Lots.
You will get damaged product.
They will not do anything about it.
They will stall and delay the process as long as they can, then tell you it's too late to do anything.
You will not receive everything you order.
They will cancel your debit or credit card transaction at any time they want and then rerun it for any amount they want, with zero communication.
If Rich is your contact, prepare to meet the rudest little man you have ever met. Lying is simply all he can do. He will interrupt you, talk over you and act as if he is smarter than you.
I was only a customer for a month, do yourself a favor and find someone else. Or find out for yourself.

I just got my resale certificate in Michigan .
I have a question for you old timers that use 888. When I look at an item , it has the price and below that another price. I’m assuming the price below is the approximate retail price. But when I put it in my cart and go to check out, the price to purchase is the higher cost.

So if this is correct , my question is- If you are a reseller using Amazon to ship , how do you make any profit?

Sorry I’m kinda new with 888 and probably missing hoe the site works . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated so I understand and didn’t waste $200 on a certificate.

I’ve recently been working with this warehouse and have found them to be highly reliable and responsible. In particular, Louis has been incredibly helpful, ensuring that the ordering process runs smoothly and consistently being available to address any questions I have.

Most orders arrive missing.
And there is no normal way to report the defect.
Only through personal communication,
then maybe after a few requests they will send you a form,
and ask you for pictures and tracking of their multiple shipments... and then they will ask you to ship them back at your expense... and then you will wait and wait and they will credit you... partially

I received fake products - and not only did they not credit me for everything, I also lost the warehouse costs because it came in many shipments (25! for 211 units).
I also had to pay for the shipping back to them,
Even after this, they credited me only part of what they charged me.

They did not respond to my email or WhatsApp.

They blocked my account without email, without a message, or anything when I made a Dispute.

I received another product with an Amazon return sticker instead of a brand-new one.

Out of 12 orders I made with them,
6 had missing items that I was charged for.
1 was canceled.
Another 1, most of the units were garbage, something else was put in there instead of wat I ordered.
and the rest were fake.

So 33% good orders 🙃

I'm at a loss of about 3k from them

They are usually just remote intermediaries without any control over the products, their quality, and originality,
and the worst thing for me is that they take no responsibility,
it's easy to pay them, it's very, very difficult to get money back from them,
a waste of time, energy and money.

they do not honor damage goods policy.
Multiple claims made via email within a few days of package receipt(well within their 10 day policy).

After multiple emails they respond that I am outside of the return window when the only reason is it took them 30 days to respond. What a joke... Spent $1k across 6 transactions and wont even honor a $17 claim...haha god forbid I had a bigger one...

Always buy with confidence and look for the next deal, Less than 2 years and almost one million dollars spent I can't say but good things all around about doing business with them, Process can't be any simpler you find a great deal you pay and you get your shipments fast enough, Any issues?
