Fantastic customer service from Bethany
I order regularly from here, but I had an issue with my delivery from no fault of 88vape but via dpd. I emailed their customer service yesterday and Bethany has been nothing but helpful, from start to finish Bethany has gone above and beyond to get this sorted for me, her customer service is great, she’s responded quickly, and helped solve the issue, more places need a Bethany 👏🏻 she is a credit to her team!

Extremely slow delivery and poor customer service
I am a new customer and placed an order on the 3rd May 2026 and am still waiting to receive my order. Poor experience and customer service blaming the bank holiday which was 3 days ago! I needed my order promptly so will not be ordering from this site ever again.
