Ordered 5 days ago and paid nearly a fiver for delivery, still no sign of the goods 🥹

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review.

I have checked your order and I can see that you placed this on Friday 1st at night after we had closed for the Bank Holiday weekend.

Your order was disaptched on the 5th which was the next working day from when you ordered and left on the express service you have paid for.

Express delivery ensures items are delivered within 1-2 woriking days and after checking I can see that your order is due to be delivered today.

Please bear in mind that bank holidays do cause a delay due to closure and creates a a build up of orders however that being said you have still recevied the service you have paid for.

I trust this explains the sitaution and please let me know should you wish to discuss this further.
