We received our patio sign this afternoon and am more than pleased with it!
Also would like to say it was super nice of customer service to work with me right after my order was placed. I wanted to change the date shown and they said it was not a problem and the sign showed up with the correct date!

I was a little worried about placing an order as some people said they hadn’t received their orders or were taking a while to get them, but I figured PayPal would have my back if the company have me problems. I ordered a backyard sign on 5/12/21 and I received it on 5/25/21. They gave me a shipping number without a few days of placing my order and the sign is exactly as it was in the preview! I love my sign and everyone I’ve show it loves it! The sign did arrive a little bent in one corner, but that was due to the mail carrier as the box was bent as well. My husband thinks he can bend it back into place, so it’s not a problem at all!

I ordered a backyard sign with my dogs on it. It's beautiful, sturdy, and the quality is awesome! It was also carefully packaged.

I ordered two signs one with four dogs for my swimming pool And another one with two personalized dogs for my Lakehouse. They both came very quickly and they are absolutely adorable. I love my dogs and this personalize sign is very nice.

I ordered this from a Facebook ad and it is absolutely adorable. It came much earlier that I expected And couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect 😍
I’ve read some of the bad reviews and they all have to do with shipping, which may have been out of their control with the pandemic. I had some items take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive or I didn’t ever receive them. This item came quickly and is just as described, so even if I would have had to wait, it would have been worth it!

I was nervous to place an order with a new company but wanted the product so much I decided to risk it. I am impressed. I had professional contact, immediate email receipt, reassuring for to answer questions and when the product came it was exactly what I anticipated. They were great. There is a little difference in head sizing but I expected this and put largest in the center so it was balanced nicely. I'd happily recommend them!

I LOVE my product. I got my order exactly when I was expecting. My tracking number worked just great. It’s everything I expected and more. I would definitely use them again and I shared with my friends and some of them have placed orders also. Thank you! Very happy customer!!!

I can't get any tracking information on my order, placed over 3 weeks ago. I get a standard auto-response email from the company where they just repeatedly say to check back in another week. I am extremely unhappy with this situation as I feel I am being ripped off. I just emailed them and advised I am going to dispute the charge with my bank if I don't get some answers by tomorrow. We'll see what happens..... Buyer Beware!

Never received our order. Was given a bogus DHL tracking number. Never returned our email inquiry to their customer service email address!
