Horrible experience, they debited my credit card and never sent my order, trash customer service as they never reply. I think it is fraud to take the money and then never respond to customers.

I'm still waiting for my purchase from the 25th of February. It is now the 4th of July 2019. I recieved an unauthorized text message asking me to replace an item that is no longer available, that was in May. I asked if they would just send what was ordered and that I would not be replacing anything. I reached out yet again in June and received no response. It's like that nolonger exist. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
I made my order on 8 of June and payed it. It is already 27 of June but no any reaction from seller.
