I had a customer wanting a bronze circle bead frame but they only had silver & gold on their website. I asked if it could be made in bronze. They were very prompt & quick to help & ask the manufacturer. Yes! They would make it in bronze! Wonderful! I worked with Tina & she was AMAZING throughout the whole ordering/billing/shipping process. It was really quick given the time the manufacturer had to make the item as well. I would definitely work with 8Seasons again. They have always been quick to answer my questions. They have always had great customer service as well! Would highly recommend ordering anything from them. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service. My order had to be divided due to having liquid items and they let me know immediately. Everything else came very quickly.

Their products are as advertised, if not better!
What is photographed is what you get, which is important when buying on line.
And 8 Seasons customer service is fantastic! Oh my goodness, I am treated as if I am their only customer!
Whenever I had a question Alice, from customer service, was very quick to reply, WITH the information
I needed. And with shipping the way it is now, taking extra time in most cases, Alice was right on top of it, letting me know where my package was and had a fresh ETA for as well, and reassuring me that my pavkage was not lost! Now that is service!
I can honestly say that I love everything about 8 Seasons! The most FUN part for each are the $.99 cent, USD sales EVERY WEEKEND! This sale is so fun! Everything on their 3 pages are quality items from their inventory at a very good price, $,99 cents!
I could keep going on about 8 Seasons, i think you see that I like them very much!
Lastly, if you want quality, excelent customer service and a wonderful variety, order from 8 Seasons, you won't be sorry!!

I have been a loyal customer to both 8seasons and Doreenbeads for 4 years only to be treated like a fool.

I placed an order a month ago, for whatever reason it was split into 2 packages (they were sent on the same day so it wasn't a stock issue, I think they were just trying to get around oaying more for shipping) and I only received 1 of the packages. I looked into the tracking of the second parcel and it was clear that I was not going to receive it as 2 weeks had gone by and there had been no change at all (the tracking said that it would shift in 24 hours, but even to this day, nearly a month later, it still hasn't changed). I tried to reach out to the courier but they said that the sender (DoreenBeads/8seasons) had to talk to them on my behalf. They kept trying to push me back to the courier and take the responsibility away from themselves because they do not care about anything other than money.

Meanwhile I have already contacted Doreenbeads several times to tell them that there is an issue and it needs resolving. I told them that they needed to speak to the courier as the courier would only deal with them. First, Doreenbeads/8seasons tell me that the item wasn't in stock, but if that was the case then why would I have a second tracking number? That was the first lie. The second lie was when they backtracked and said that that the package would be with me in 5 days. Of course, it still hasn't arrived.

At this point I call them out again and tell them that the items still haven't arrived and I am sick of their lack of care when I have spent a great deal of money over the years. They then proceed to try to barter with me and manipulate me into buying more of their items in which they will include the replacements of the items that I never received! I cannot believe the audacity of these vile people and I strongly advise against buying from them, because if anything goes wrong then instead of sending you replacements like any DECENT company would do, they just try to get you to spend more money so that they do not lose out, even though it is THEIR responsibility to make sure the items reach the customer.

Repulsive and extremely disappointing, not only as a long term customer but also as a business owner myself. I will be on the phone to the bank to resolve this as I'm clearly not getting through to anybody with a brain cell.

I am so pleased with the variety of items and the prices! Lynn was awesome about communication when a slight issue with my order arose (issue resolved). I have a jewelry business and the great deals on their site help me to keep my costs down. To anyone saying these are all "fake" reviews: get a freaking life already.

Easy to order, good quick communication, shipped and received before the time stated.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE do not do business with these people. I made a purchase on March 19, 2020, and have never received my package. Each time I've contacted customer service, which is a joke because the only way you can reach someone is through their "Live Chat" which isn't live at all and you get an error message when you try to send an email, I've been asked to wait ONE MORE WEEK, but yet they can't tell me where the package is. I knew in the beginning it would be at least a month, and I was ok with that. But we've gotten to the point where they just need to issue me a refund, which they are unwilling to do. Had to start a claim with PayPal, which hopefully allows me to get a refund.
DO NOT BE DESPERATE ENOUGH TO USE THIS SITE. THEIR PRICES MIGHT BE EXTREMELY CHEAP, BUT IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

My experience with the company is perfect. Professional relationship, high level communication. I got everything at the agreed time, so I really recommend the purchase.
