Customer service is very difficult to obtain. The Company uses difficult to understand foreign people for their customer service tech agents. The system is very very complex to program by the user so customer service is very important. The system itself has overcome many of the earlier problems and we find totally reliable now.
I asked for a phone for hearing inpaired and the rep could not help me. I guess if you are a hearing aid user, you are on your own. I really do not remember the exact date of my service request so I could be off on my dates.
I still need help programming my phone system.
Not a do it yourselfer task.

Whenever I have contacted support, I have been happy.
I do not like how often I have had to uninstall and reinstall to clear up issues. It doesn't really solve issues rather it kicks it down the road.

the experience was very impersonal and I felt that attention to my issue wasn't really given full consideration. I was sent PDF's and literally had to do the research myself.
I still believe I was over charged yet this was not even addressed. Very subpar service and assistance

We ported our phone numbers away—an industry-standard process that requires the cooperation of all parties involved. The port was completed successfully, meaning 8x8 knew they no longer controlled these numbers.
Yet, they continued charging us for months. When confronted, they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind their terms and conditions and insisting we should have submitted a separate cancellation request. Why? They already knew the numbers were gone. This isn’t an oversight—it’s a business model built on squeezing customers for every last dollar, whether earned or not.
When a company has to fight to keep money they know they don’t deserve, it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid them.

Empty platitudes and not addressing the root of the issue. All you have to do is give back the money you didn't earn... but that's too easy (and being morally upstanding).

This company is absolute trash! Cannot update anything in the admin console as there are non stop errors. Cannot login on the mobile app on any phone irrespective of brand or os you just get an invalid user credentials error message even though they were just set. The website and desktop app randomly tells you that you are blocked via cloudflare. If you create a support case online they just delete it.
Contacted the support who are in Bangladesh are useless, tell you blatent lies and say they will get the UK team to call you. We are basically paying for a service that we are unable to use.

Once I was able to get through the chat process. The representative that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. I would rather have been able to call and connect with a service rep but learning to use the chat session if I need help in the future, it will be simpler for me to get through.

Call quality is okay. Cuts in and out alot. I had a question and reached to the Rep Rose who signed us up and was told she couldn't help and would have someone return my call but didn't hear back from anyone. I'm guessing there is a better VOIP provider out there.

I have been an 8x8 customer for years. Unfortunately what used to be great support and customer service has dramatically declined. You can't get anyone on the phone and emails are ignored. It is absolutely unacceptable. Try canceling your services? Ha good luck.

very unprofessional behavior from your account team, i have created account on 23 Jan i have paid as per quotation amount & got an email on 24 Jan mentioning that they have suspend my account for no reason, even i have asked many times to just tell me why my account is suspended but unfortunately they haven't give any response, i believe this is scam to get customers card details. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE

I didn't have any experiance with phone system when the company I worked for wanted to move to 8x8 to save money. The staff at 8x8 assisted me with everything and we didn't have a second of down time and that's important because or phones save lives.
