I brought a neglected 987 Boxster that had several issues. I found 911 SBD online and saw how good the reviews were. Timmy and the team were exceptional and worked on my vehicle extensively without being steep on the costs.

I will always use them moving forward.

Could not understand why my 2003 996 911 Carrera 4 was creaking and groaning from rears suspension at low speed. Timmy and team diagnosed rear cross member bolts incorrectly torqued by another garage to 35nm when they require at least 50nm. Job done and all for £250. Main dealer would have been a grand at least. Sorry but true: ) Very highly recommended

I first used 911 SBD in 2021 for my 2003 996 911 convertible.
The works that were carried out were extensive, including but not limited to replacing the IMS bearing, a new exhaust, new suspension, soft top repairs and a respray.
When I collected the car it drove like new. The car was so tight and planted it was an extreme pleasure to drive.
The car is fabulous and loved as much by them as me.
When it came to pay the bill, the invoice was 20% cheaper than the original estimate, with a number of works carried out free of charge.
Gee also recommended an infotainment specialist who upgraded all systems and added a discrete reversing camera.
I cannot recommend the 911 SBD team highly enough and have returned to them recently for a major service and some small repairs.
I will use them in future without hesitation.

First time used their services for my 2024 Macan S - had front brake pads changed. Very, professional and efficient service. Timmy provided a swift and very competitive quotation along with an accurate timescale for the car to be booked in and the work completed. Five star experience. Have since used them again on seperate occasions for rear brake pads, brake fluid change and first 20,000 mile minor service. Again, each experience the same as the first. Will definitely be returning.

My first experience with SBD911 has been very satisfactory. I've always had my 911 Carrera S serviced at Porsche West London (PWL) until now (I live in Battersea), but its 10 years old now (bought it new) and I got fed up with being over-charged, and problems mis-diagnosed / not repaired properly with PWL (their franchise is a racket with semi-captive customers who rely on their official service/repair stamp). SBD911 diagnosed the coolant problem (amber fault on the dash) correctly and replaced all the valves instead of just a couple (as with PWL, when the problem just resurfaced within a year - it's apparently a inherent quality/fault weakness with 991s 2013/14 - PWL should have been much more open about that). Major service cost was reasonable with SBD (not stupidly extortionate as with PWL) and they (Timmy and Gee) communicated very proactively, regularly and clearly. Some confusion over mending the rear-view mirror, which resulted in an abandoned trip to Neesden :-)) but that's forgivable as they did a very thorough job sorting it out. I chose SBD based on the Trust Pilot reviews which I'd assess (from my so-far limited experience !) are justifiably very positive. My 911 is running very smoothly a number of weeks later, no problems at all. I will certainly return to SBD and the helpful guys there for repeat/regular servicing and repairs. SBD offer a collect and return service which I'll use next time instead of travelling up to north London ! :-)

Timmy and Alli were absolutely determined to render the best service on offer in relation to my vehicle's imperfections. I drove away with a near perfect vehicle. Simply the best. Will return.

Have just picked up my Porsche Cayenne from 911SBD, rectifying the many issues that came with car, when a I bought it a month ago.

It’s like driving a different car from the car I dropped off with them. It’s now fabulously smooth and no oil leaks!!

I just want to share my worst ever experience at 911SB
I m driving a porsche cayenne 4.2D 2015
My DPF filter needs to be cleaned and I have to book an appointment with them
I left the car there and after 3 days they called me and the said I need to change the rear discs/ brakes/ pads/sensors/ handbrake shoes and a dpf temperature exhaust sensor.Anyway they charged me for labor no less than £1130 claiming the need around 8 hours of work at the rate of £100 p /h
I didn t accept that but the still charged me with £445 claiming they change the dpf exhaust sensor +plus labouring
Few days later I went to another garage and they succesfully fix it for few hundred pounds
There was no need of change all tha parts I mentioned early
Just a normal dpf generation and a exhaust senzor which was located in bank 1 engine side
Also they change the wrong sensor which was located in bank 2 engine side maybr because they couldn't find the right sensor or because the try to hide this from me in order to come back to them

You don't need to go anywhere else if you own a Porsche. I was using another local specialist in NW3 who couldn't take my car in on a Saturday, it was then I was told about 911 SBD.
I called late Friday and was told I could bring it in Saturday morning.
The car was thoroughly checked over, the required work completed quickly and details of extra work that was advisory. Great service all round.

These guys are so accommodating, my wife has taken her Cayenne twice to them, communication is first class.

I have a Cayenne Turbo and these guys have taken care of it whenever it had an issue for a number of years now. They are pragmatic, quick and reasonable. So far I have been happy every time.

Been taking my Cayenne Turbo to Gee and the team for over 4 years now. Just had another first class experience. Restored bodywork and alloys to former glory; also diagnosed and resolved front diff issue. Nothing is too much trouble or fazes the team, the comms are great and Gee is always very transparent, pragmatic and helpful. There is nowhere better to take your Porsche and I do not hesitate to make the trip there from SW London.

Sorted out my Macan S Diesel I had damaged the boot and front of the bonnet and these guys did a class repair. Even had a bad respray by previous owner repaired by them while with them. Photos of my car in repair stages were no issue and I feel these guys do a better repair than so called Porsche approved repair centres who do overspray and leave masking tape on the lower doors. If you have an accident be sure to call Gee and try 911 SBD. Their prices are reasonable and their service is 1st class.I’m now in my 5th Porsche and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a accident repair.

The problem with all tradesmen and garages, there really isnt a fixed price list on work needed doing. Everyone has their own prices and thus for the layman it can be frustrating trying to determine what is the true cost of getting something done.

It is exactly this I discovered that sets 911 SBD miles apart from every garage I have ever used. I must have spent a month calling up Porsche specialist garages, discussing work to carry out etc. The cost and to a degree lack of trust always setting in during the call. In total honestly I must have called 10 places and the only one that stood out was 911 SBD. Why? No BS approach, no exaggerated prices when discussing work on the phone, no creation of additional work when the car was in their hands as I discovered. But what I really appreciated (and eye opening) was deterring me from doing additional costly work that in their professional experience didn't add value. Who does that? That's honesty and sincerity there which is too rare in the world today.

Every step of the way, communication was strong and I was kept me in the loop throughout the repairs and modifications being done. Be it a phone call, text and emails so no misunderstandings ever took place. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough. I kid you not they took better care of me and my car better than Porsche themselves ever did - if you've ever had an appointment with Porsche themselves then you know they will hit you up for the most minor of things and tend to say this particular work we've identified is not within the terms and conditions of repairs.

Porsche, if you ever come across this review, this is what real customer service looks like and how to work on a car. From what I can see and the experience throughout, they treated the car as if it was their own and me like I was a member of their family.

I have been with 911 SBD for 6 years for the maintenance of my 16 year old 911 996 C4S Convertible.
They have carried out the work with integrity and provided insight to nuances of this model and complex repairs. They offer alternative solutions, e.g. cheaper generic parts where possible and have been really great on a personal level. For this reason I've kept the car longer than I would otherwise ensuring a smooth motoring experience.
