We had the New York City pass and…

We had the New York City pass and noticed on the attractions list you needed to contact the museum to get a time slot with a copy of the passes, we were there for a long weekend so I emailed them on the Saturday and asked if I could have a time slot at 15.00 on the Sunday. I got a response back from Gary on Saturday afternoon asking how long I was in New York for and when I was going home, I responded back letting them know I was leaving on the Monday and I never had a response back. So me and the wife thought we would just go down there instead on the Sunday and joined the queue. After speaking to a worker while queue he informed us that the pass is no longer accepted and should be removed from the attractions list. Although this is not there fault if true I feel I should of been informed of this on the email as it cost me $35 to get to the attraction and then to be told we would need to pay now to enter while at the attraction.

The worst experience to enter an "attraction" very long time spent in line and the "hostess" not at all prepared and supportive

The worst experience we had visiting NY: we spent all the afternoon in line (more than 2h and a half to get the tickets and more 1h to enter the Memorial (we already should have the tickesince we boughtthe NY Pass); at the end we had less than1h to visit it since the closing is at 5pm ). this attraction doesn't allow to reserve in advance a time slot... that could help).
In addition, once we got our tickets, we have been told by one of the "hostess" who was supposed to support and help visitors with the queue, to wait and come back later ( more than once) and this caused us additional waste of time since we were able to enter 1h later the time slot we obtained ( after more than 2h in line...)
