I'm not sure if I got the right grind for my espresso machine. It wasn't a flavoursome as I hoped.
Dear 92 degrees Unfortunately we have not yet received the coffee we ordered so can't give you a review. We ordered on 27th April and today is 4th May. Hopefully they will arrive soon. many thanks

Asked if they did toast for breakfast and was told rudely to go to Costa. I hate Costa. Obviously I'm not cool enough to eat in 92°.
A correct response might have been, "I'm sorry we don't do toast but we do have a selection of pastries." Arrogant tw#t.

Order(s) never arrived.
Ordered a couple of bags of coffee along with the free keep cup after seeing the advert on social media. Waited a couple of weeks without delivery, contacted them to be told it looks as though it's gone missing in the post (according to their tracking which was not provided to me) and they would despatch another pack immediately. guess what....2 more weeks have passed and they're now ignoring my emails asking for the tracking details for either pack. Clearly overwhelmed with the offer popularity and unable to keep up with demand, I doubt very much that I've ever had the coffee sent to me. Had to faff around with my card issuer to force a chargeback. Buyer Beware!

Ordered after seeing an advert online…
Ordered after seeing an advert online about getting a free Keep Cup when spending £15, ordered the coffee set for £17.50, received the coffee (which is excellent) but did not receive the free cup.
I have emailed 2 separate email addresses I found for them and after a week, I’ve still received no correspondence from them.
Can’t say it’s a scam because they do send the coffee, but don’t only buy because of free offers they can’t provide.

Corrupted by globalists - do not accept cash
Lovely coffee, and quite expensive too, but the reason why they do not get my five stars is because they have succumbed to the globalists and do not take cash in their shops. Not good. Read the bible. The mark is coming and it is coming fast because these globalists persuade the young to get on board with their ungodly plans. Even though their coffee is delicious, I would not buy from them because I cannot support those who refuse cash.
