Decent guy Vivat. Recommened.

We started working with 99homes Ltd about a week ago, and it has been a great experience so far. Smita has been very cooperative, and Ashish as well—both have been extremely supportive and professional. It’s been a pleasure working with you, and we look forward to building a long-term working relationship.

I have been speaking with a very helpful lady today called Srushti. Who was very helpful and reassuring. As you can imagine I have been very inpatient about finding myself a house for me and my daughters and Srushti has been very helpful and kind keeping me informed.

Working with 99 Home have been great.
They where prompt,friendly and professional. Especially Ashish and Smita they where great and a credit to the company.

Extremely helpful and accommodating, should I move home again I'd definitely recommend 99home.

Amit and his team were amazing from sign up to sale of the house! He went above and beyond - accommodation of our listing request even on Boxing day to go live - now that is service!

The product offers exceptional value, great, highly responsive service and ultimately a way into Rightmove, Zoopla & OntheMarket without the huge high street comission.

Our company was looking to advertise an office for rent and we have returned to 99home as we have had good experience with them in the past. They have been easy to contact by phone (no waiting times, able to deal with queries) and I spoke with Vivek who again was helpful and polite, able to assist with my specific questions, offered us a reduced rate if we took multiple months with Rightmove up front. Our ad was dealt with speedily and efficiently and live within an hour - thank you Vivek.

As a buy to let landlord I have been relying on 99Home.co.uk for about 8/9 years now and I can honestly say that they have never once let me down. My contact has always been Craig, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Craig is professional, responsive, thorough and unlike many other agents I’ve known throughout my time as a landlord, he always answers the phone (even on weekends!). It makes such a HUGE difference as quick and efficient communication is key when searching for tenants. Craig has also found me a buyer for a property I sold and again the service was exceptional.

They get my note of confidence every time, and I wouldnt go anywhere else - but of course I would want to work with Craig as he’s never yet failed to find me suitable tenants.
