We have received your feedback and investigated your concern. We found out that you were asking for assistance regarding third-party software and application, we have informed you multiple times that we provide servers and RDPs and can assist you with that only, we do not provide assistance for any third-party software or application. After we denied assistance for third-party software or application, you started putting blame on the server to which our team had checked twice for you and shown that there is no issue in the server, also informed that you are overloading the server and over-using the resources, due to which you are facing issues, which we have explained to you, but you are not willing to obey and use it properly.
So, Kindly do not put false blames. Instead of that, Kindly contact the third-party application support for assistance and also use the server, understanding its limit. Do not overload it, it will work smoothly.
For further assistance, contact the technical team through ticket.
