Bad Experience - Poor Customer Support
I didn't have a great experience with chat support. I purchased their shared plan, not realizing that I wouldn't be able to install the basic softwares. I'm new to rdps and I have a small shared plan and I'm able to install things like Google Chrome, for instance. But not with this company, apparently they don't allow you to install not even the basics unless you have an admin account. After learning this, before my order was delivered I asked them to cancel the account, and they told me that they wouldn't because the website stated that there was no admin access. So I told them that they could keep the 13 bucks and then they told me that they would refund to a credit balance and then I could purchase an admin account if I wanted to. Basically, you will not get your money back if you have a negative experience. Definitely looks somewhere else.

If you're a savvy shopper and read reviews prior to buying anything, let the company's response to me be a warning. Do you actually want to do business with a company that responds like this? They should hire a customer service manager, rather than responding based on hurt emotions. They claim to not care about my "useless" review but immediately came here to reply to me while ignoring the previous reviewer who had complaints about their service. They also don't care about my review so much so that they asked Trust Pilot to verify it. They also claim to not care about my $13, yet they didn't want to refund me when I asked twice. Instead, they wanted to credit my account, but at that point, I knew this was not a good company. Look somewhere else, please. Much better companies out there that would value your business.
