I gave 9am Health such a high rating because my experience has been excellent from the beginning. The app is easy to use and navigate, and everything has been straightforward without unnecessary complications or hoops to jump through. I haven’t experienced any issues, and whenever I’ve needed support, the process has been smooth and efficient. One of the biggest reasons for my rating is my coach. She is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my success. Our coaching calls are always helpful, and I leave feeling motivated and confident about my progress. The combination of great coaching, an easy-to-manage app, and a hassle-free experience has made 9am Health a service I would highly recommend.

The care team here is top notch. From the Coaches, Pharmacist and Doctors they all take what they are doing seriously. In an area so many people need you can see and even feel that this work is important to every member of the team. They didn’t just throw the GLP1 at me like many other’s would have. They took the time to educate me, which made the lifestyle change I so desperately needed easier to embrace. I would highly recommend 9am Health to anyone who is serious about making a lifestyle change, have discipline and patience, because they will put you on the path to success. You will just need to stay on that path once they help you establish it. Skip this if you have no self discipline or lack patience because this isn’t an overnight process and you will see ups and downs as you progress. When you have the downs, reach out to the Care Team because they are always there to give you that push to start moving back up!

Though the 12-14 week program seemed timely, there were lots of valuable information learned through the modules as well as the labs. At the end, I was approved for Wegovy. So, let the weight loss journey begin.

Communication is very bad. Every time you upload or do something requested, another hoop is added to jump through. They don't care about health, they just want to save $ and make things difficult.

My coach Misty, really listens to wait I have to say. She is very friendly. Misty gave me the box breathing technique to use. I started using that breathing exercises before bed to help me gain better rest. Since using that breathing exercise I have started to sleep better and started to get more REM sleep. Thank you Misty.

Everyone is supportive. I always know the next steps. They have changed my life for the better!

The app is easy to use. The tools available have helped me learn more about my body and how to live a healthier lifestyle. I have felt supported and informed every step of the way.

Over an hour (so far) to get through the registration process and no idea how much more to go. It's like they want you to give up. "Enter all the data on your insurance card."" Now upload front and back pictures of your insurance card." Its clear how they intend to save money for health insurance companies... They're just going to make it impossible to continue your treatment plans. State of Georgia health benefits plan needs to be lobotomized for this decision... Or castrated.
