9Flats is done!

Delist your properties. They can't possibly continue on with their business with all this mess. Let's just hope that hosts and guests waiting for their refunds will get their money back. Emails are totally ignored now.

Solved! More then 2 months behind on pay-outs

Update November 9. Payments have been received! We highly appreciate that 9flats could in the end solve their payout issues and have adjusted this review to 5 stars again. Thanks, 9flats!

Latest update. It seems Wimdu is buying 9flats. Good news for all hosts that haven't received pay-outs for months. Google: tnooz 9flats

Unfortunately we can certify pay-outs from 9flats are delayed by over 2 months.

This is why we at BookingTeam.com have decided to stop connecting to 9flats immediately.

We advised future guests to get back their funds from their bank and make a new reservation using a different service.

This appears to be the most adequate way to protect both guests and hosts in this situation.

Best of luck to all hosts that are awaiting pay-outs for already checked in reservations i hope everyone will eventually get paid.

9Flats zahlt nicht aus an seine Vermieter

Leider zahlt 9Flats eingenommene Kundengelder nicht an seine Vermieter aus. Wir haben bereits mehrfach an 9Flats geschrieben und bekommen immer so eine standartisierte Antwort:

Dear host,

Thank you very much for your message.

As my colleague already explain you we are dealing currently with a very uncomfortable situation. Our system responsible for all payouts is down and our finance department is making all the payouts manually, which as you can imagine is a very time consuming process. We doing everything we can to speed it up but due to a high amount of payouts it might take few days.

I promise that once I have more information I will keep you updated and I can insure you that we are doing everything we can to solve this uncomfortable situation as soon as possible.

If there is anything we could help you with, just let me know.

Fakt ist, dass das Hamburger Unternehmen elementare Teile des Unternehmens an eine Singapur Ltd. verkauft hat. Die GmbH die anscheinend die Kundengelder kassiert hat, zahlt sie nicht an seine Vermieter aus. Juristisch steht die deutsche GmbH aber noch auf den Abrechnungen. Das ganze sieht nach Wirtschaftskriminalität aus, so dass Anzeigen gegen den GF folgen müssen.

Great that 9Flats and Wimdu have joined (but DO pay the PMs now!)

Hurt by 9Flats not paying you for stays booking at your places? There is puzzling news. 9Flats is said to have acquired Wimdu. Where did they get the money given that they aren't paying their property managers?? Let's hope this was a temporary glitch and the combined huge listing web site will now pay all outstanding debts to the property managers that trusted them. Please contact Vreasy if you are still waiting to be paid. We have a list of property managers waiting too.

BE WARNED!!!

They are about to go out of business and all these poor hosts are never going to get their money back. Their website and facebook account needs to be closed to prevent other people from using their services.

Liars!

None of their email responses are true! A few days of waiting turns into a month and then they just stop replying. I don't think anyone will ever get paid. They need to be sued!

Attention I was robbed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't rent any apartment and house on this page. I wanted to book apartment in London via 9.flats.com. Im interested about Big penthouse with 5 bedrooms and hot tube in London. The owner named Giulia write me about price, availability, location and others important things. I was send money 1280EUR for booking and then she don't write anything already, on 9 flats.com she deleted this property and no words, no mails, no phone nothing. On 9 flats .com are thieves. Be carefull. I have never had experiences like this on other pages like homeaway, holidayslettings, airbnb, booking,com . 9 flats.com never more

Waiting for payment for a month now!!!

We've been waiting for payment for a month now! They said they're doing the payments manually but I don't think anyone has received their money yet. I hope they just be honest and tell everyone what's really going on with their company.

Their assistant Beata Kuzma is a con!
She lie and take us around guests without pay.
They must close this website.
It s a a con website.
9flats trick host and guests!.
All hostes not payed must do a report togheter to the Post / antifroud Police on line,someone is interested to do a group before?

I have been waiting for a week now for my money from 9flats and after a few emails I now realise that I won't be getting it. This technical issue they seem to have has been ongoing for over a year now!!
Next step is to report them.

No Trust Left for 9Flats

We have more than 20 Properties listed on 9Flats and we have taken down all of them because of 1 booking that still hasn't been paid after more than 3 weeks. It will be the first and the last booking we will ever accept from them. I regret all the time and effort we wasted trying to list all those properties on their website. I hope all their hosts will be made aware of what's going on so they can avoid this kind of situation. I think 9Flats should be responsible enough to know that they need to inform each and everyone of their hosts about their financial situation and make sure they don't receive any bookings from guests until this issue has been resolved.

HOSTS - DO NOT LIST WITH 9 FLATS - YOUV'E BEEN WARNED

Been waiting for almost 3 weeks now... same email answers (all vague, not helpful and quiet honestly very disrespectful):

EXAMPLE: The issues with payouts is difficult for all of us and we are doing everything we can to solve it as soon as possible.

EXAMPLE: We are currently experiencing some technical issues in our finance department due to a system change and some of the automated payments (as yours) have not been completed.

EXAMPLE: Our colleagues from the accounting are still working to solve the issue and promised us to take care for a manual payment to your account as soon as possible.

EXAMPLE (17 DAYS AGO BY THE WAY): We are dealing currently with a very uncomfortable situation. Our system responsible for all payouts is down and our finance department is making all the payouts manually, which as you can imagine is a very time consuming process. We doing everything we can to speed it up but due to a high amount of payouts it might take few days.

............................. They are quite clearly close to bankruptcy. Can someone in Germany please please get a lawyer going before it's too late..................

Not paid

I am owed over 1500 euros for a booking in August which I never got. I am getting the usual customer care bull replies but never a payment.

Whoever will book my apartment with 9flats will get a nasty surprise as i will not accept them when they arrive!

Update???

Has anyone received their money yet? On our 3rd week of waiting now and still got nothing. Their answers to our follow up emails are useless and always vague and when you try to push them for a more specific answer they start being arrogant and disrespectful on their replies. You have to be nice asking before they reply to you with the same useless emails over and over again.

Still waiting for payment - More than 2 weeks now, They hung up on phone calls

We received a booking from 9Flats for guests staying from 31 August - 7 September, 2016 on one of our villas. We haven't received any payment or any message from them regarding this after the guest has checked out already so we sent them an email to check why. According to their initial response, they are currently experiencing some technical issues in their finance department due to a system change and some of the automated payments have not been completed, so we waited for 5 days and still nothing, we sent another email and we got a response asking for a few more days of patience so we did but another week has gone by and again no payment or even an update from them so we sent an email again and this time we haven't got any response at all. We even tried to contact their # in the UK but they just hung up the phone after putting us on hold for 20 minutes. We understand that problems in the system happens but not responding to emails, not giving updates, hanging up on phone calls and payment delays for this long is unacceptable and unprofessional.
