The apartment is even more beautiful than on the website. Modern furnished and everything is nice and clean. The location of the apartment is in the middle of the city but very quiet.
The contact with the landlord was perfect.

We booked an Apartment in Amalfi in July. Everything was perfectly. We did not have any problem with our booking, payment, contact. We have got a lot of information for our trip. I can recomend 9flats to anyone.

It was a pleasure to find our flat with 9flats.com and I felt all the time secure and well prepared to our journey.

Just off the Portabello Road with plenty to see and do. Great shopping and places to eat. Shops just across the road can supply gourmet take-home food or fresh, organic food to prepare yourself. Not far from Notting Hill Gate.
The apartment was comfortable but could do with some help to make it even better.The gate-leg table was broken and could only be used folded; the sitting room lacked an extra comfy chair, it only had the sofa. The bed was great and there were plenty of fresh towels. Beware the washing machine....no instructions, so we looked for the manual on-line but the wash cycle took hours!
Internet great.
As a self-catering apartment for travellers, it would have been good to have a few basics in the kitchen cupboard besides a jar of salt.

I booked Love Field Guest House in Dallas and had to cancel one day short of two week reservation. They charged me more than half of what I paid. My point is, I think it is better to book with a reliable hotel rather than a small operation. Rediculous.

I made the great experience to stay few days by Margaret Bed and Beakfast.

The hostess was superb. Very useful information was supplied about the shops, restaurants etc. in the area, as well as Munich in general. The apartment was very well appointed with high quality bedding, towels and equipment. The nearby beer garden/ restaurant is an absolute gem!
The hostess certainly knows and understands how to equip and manage such a facility. This or any other place owned by her will undoubtedly be great and we would love to support her wherever she has a similar establishment.

I had a great experience with 9 flats. I rented a room for two days in London. 9flats made this possible, and I will definitely do it again!

For me the location was convenient for work, also good access to U-Bahn and bus. Some restaurants and some shops nearby. Apartment was clean and very quiet - overlooking an enclosed garden area. Entrance hall, stairs and landing were a bit miserable though.
Communication via email with host was good.

Twice booked, twice good experience.

Our flat was really very nice. It's in the third and fourth floor of a typical Amsterdam house with very straight stairs (for German people). We've had ein great room with kitchen, living room and eating room and two bedrooms an a bathroom in the fourth floor - all provided with good and enough equipment
We could walk by feet two the "Grachten", the old town and the museum quarter - a very good location. And supermarkets, shops and restaurants were round the corner.
And you can travel with the tram number 4 in 15 minutes to the main station.
