Came across 9plus1 just scrolling one day as baby slept on me. Had a look and decided Heck! Go for it!
And I couldn't be more pleased. Not only has the customer service been 100% but also the clothes are Fantasticly made, Wonderful materials Beautiful patterns and just all round top notch quality.
The clothing selection process is simple and well laid out. You just have a look through, select the age range and poof! Pop it in your basket. Once you have selected the amount you wish to purchase, or the amount as per your subscription click send and they are on the way.
First arrival was a cute box with and 'always be kind' sticker. Super cute! .. and once ready to return they send out a beautifully coloured, reusable bag. Pop the clothes in that youre returning...and if you want to keep any then you can purchase the ones you decide to keep.
Super happy!!

What a fabulous concept, wonderfully executed. I am thrilled with the quality and condition of the clothes I have received, and can’t wait to put my son in them. At least now I won’t cry over him growing out of expensive clothing, as I’ll just switch it for a fresh wardrobe without the price tag!

I'm absolutely loving 9plus1! I've been a customer for several months and love everything about it. I understand it's a small company which means you get a nice personal touch to the service. The clothes are really beautiful and it's great that they're ethically sourced and sustainable. I like the idea that when I return the clothes another baby is going to enjoy wearing them. In the last couple of orders the items I've selected haven't been available, they're always replaced with something just as lovely with additional items free of charge for the inconvenience. Yes it isn't the cheapest service but it is more cost effective than buying new clothes for baby as they outgrow them.

I was apprehensive to rent clothes at first, but it was sooooo easy. Love it! The clothes are amazing quality, well made, and the return bags means no crappy box/plastic packaging.

These clothes are beautiful and quality is so much higher than what you get on the high street. Totally hassle free service. Saves me having to search the web for various eco brands. Here I have them all in one place. No waste. No clutter. LOVE 9plus1!!!

The clothes are soooo beautiful! Super convenient and great for the planet. Having a baby involves so much stuff and they grow out of it so quickly. This is an amazing way to have quality and convenience, without all the clutter and waste.
