Did a good job explaining program

Very informative about the real estate game and offered a great deal to get further help with the process of getting started. I really appreciate the opportunity.

The best decision I could have done for myself is signing up for the 9 to 5 Flipping community group. When I first started learning about real estate wholesaling, I've read several books. After finishing those books, I still had doubt/fear before taking action being worried if I was doing things properly without getting myself into any trouble. I think that is what most fear. I signed up for this community, and it gave me access to a great mentor in Mit and a community of like-minded individuals who I can go to if I needed any help. That is definitely what helped me take action sooner rather than trying to figure it out on my own. My only regret is not signing up sooner.

Mit is super genuine..everyone in the community wants you to change you life AND WILL HELP YOU! KEEP GOING AND DONT GIVE UP!

Mitt shared a lot more info than I expected.

I had a terrible experience with 9to5flipping. They initially advertised their program at an appealing price, which seemed like a good deal. However, once I signed up and paid the initial fee, I was hit with an aggressive upsell for a program that was over five times the price of what they originally quoted online.

It became clear very quickly that the entire setup was a scam designed to bait you in with a low fee and then pressure you into paying an exorbitant amount for "the real program." When I realized the scam and requested a refund of my initial payment, they outright refused, citing it was over the 3 day contractual limit, mind you that they set up your consultation 7 days after you sign up.

9to5 flipping preys on unsuspecting customers with deceptive pricing and refuses to take accountability for their actions. I strongly advise avoiding 9to5flipping at all costs unless you want to waste your time and money on empty promises.

9to5flipping will not honor refunds, the phone number goes to an offshore answering service.

High quality and detail information that's been used by Mr Smith is shared in the 9to5flipping course.
Receiving information that is from a person that is actually doing the business is genuine, brilliant and critical.
In the course you are provided steps and roadmap that was actually used by Mr Smith which enabled him to created an empire.
