Very straightforward secure site and great value

My ring had to be re-sized. Sam and team were great; quick and efficient service. It was back in under 10 days, and delivery was again secure. Will use them again for future purchases

I had questions they were immediately answered. The ring is perfect. My only issue was the display case was perfect but the battery died because of a faulty switch. It’s a pity because it’s such an awesome presentation. I wanted to present it in the box with a light shining on a diamond, but I couldn’t do that at the time of the engagement..

Easy to select, plenty of detailed information to give me comfort over what I was purchasing. Option to pay over 3 months without additional charges

I purchased an Emerald ring for my wife, and when it came the packaging and presentation were next level - she loved their light-up ring box. Very impressive. But 8 months later two of the emeralds fell out. So after a few weeks of back and forth we sent it back to Angara and they replaced the stones for free and fitted them for free (which to be fair they should have after such a short period of time) then they sent it back in that original amazing packaging. However I do wish we hadn’t had to pay AUD $180 for the return shipping and insurance - I feel that should have been covered by Angara TBH. But very happy with the outcome.

I arranged a video consultation and at the time attempted to connect. Only after trying to connect and then reaching out to the service team I was notified that my consultation was cancelled.

The video consultation rebooked and the customer service member I spoke to assured me that my order would arrive by my required date.

Two days before the item latest expected delivery date I call customer service and they assured me the item would be sent and arrive in time. I then had to call in two further occasions and the item was finally sent (after the promised delivery date). The item did not arrive in time for the event it was ordered for.

FedEx then claimed to attempt delivery but did not deliver the item. When I collected the parcel from the delivery centre the parcel had been tampered with and an item was missing from my parcel.

This entire shopping experience has been nothing but disappointing and I will not be shopping with this company again.

The ruby necklace was absolutely beautiful. I surprised my wife with it on our 40th wedding anniversary and she loves it. The packaging was first class and added to the experience.

I bought a stunning peridot, diamond and platinum necklace for my partner. It was beautiful!!! She absolutely loved it and the quality is incredible both in terms of the necklace and the packaging in which it arrived in... The light inside the box which held the necklace was great to show off the diamonds and peridot. Both myself and my partner are thrilled with the necklace.

Communication when I contacted the company via online chat was helpful to an extent. I felt that there could have been greater clarity on the delivery timeline of my order (which was delayed). The order page did not provide any clear update in terms of shipping and any information I was able to obtain only became available when I contacted Angara directly myself. I feel that any delays or other delivery information should have been communicated to me without me having to reach out and ask for an update. This is perhaps an area to improve as the order page was of no assistance.

Angara did kindly agreed to reimburse me a small percentage of the total cost as a result of the delay which was kind!

Absolutely thrilled with the purchase as it's unbelievable!!

Communication was ok at times but there is scope for improvement in terms of a customer, such as myself, receiving information without having to go seeking it from Angara... It should be Angara informing me, the customer, and not me having to ask.

Overall, I was delighted with the product and despite the delay, once it was shipped it arrived the following day, safely.

Ease of ordering, good customer service

I recently had a significant issue with an order at Angara, but the company's resolution was handled perfectly. I worked with Barbara Stein, who took immediate ownership of the situation, kept me informed, and ensured the problem was fixed quickly. The communication was professional and the resolution was fair. It is clear they value their customers. I would recommend this company based on how well they handled this matter.
I will buy from them again in the future based on the level of support I received.

Easy peasy. Called to make changes before ring was sent and they did it no fuss no muss and I got to speak to a real person very quickly. Ring looks great, no concerns. No surprise fees, no customs issues.

First of all the choices you get with Angara is great, we appreciate the quality and the cost, we also appreciate getting our merchandise in a timely manner. Everything was fine until I received the ring.
Wonderful customer service but . . .
There are 3 pearls which have some metal support but are probably glued. This was mentioned in another review and had I read it I wouldn't have bought this ring.
It seems that everything that's more than 10 years - in general) old is "vintage"- or pre-owned. It's very shiny and looks new I don't know whether this ring is or isn't. It could be from the 80's.

Easy online ordering. Necklace purchased was exactly as shown. Beautiful piece. Only drawback was shipping time (from out of country)

The way the ring was packaged it honestly blew me away. I removed the first layer in the box a month later and I was so surprised.

Quality over quantity
I love the fact that you can personalize and choose the quality of gold, the setting, the stone, a piece of jewelry that is so unique, tailored and personalized, I am absolutely over the moon.

My next milestone anniversary, I know exactly where I'm heading to, it will be Angara for another piece.

Hubby absolutely loves the fact that it comes with a certificate of authenticity specifies the gold, the carat and the quality of the Stone.
ohhh and the free gift with purchase was also a wonderful surprise that I was able to share with my daughter. A gift that keeps on giving in every way❤️
