Already filled in 2 complain forms without success. So i had to call them , they planned the delivery of the missing box for today , I received 2, 3 e-mails with the confirmation and the time of arrival. I took free from my own time to be home to receive it and now I get in my e-mails that the delivery guys can't find my parcel in their warehouse.... are you serious?
I sent the e-mail 2 days ago...no answer. What is going on??
And still to this day , 30 juli , the problem is not fixed . Is outrageous!
I have a bunch of back and forth e-mails with the workers , everytine something new; this time is about summer vacation period.

Please don't trust the 5-star reviews or read them carefully. They are all about the SALES only, not about delivery. As they have this nice little promotion in store to immediately review them (and win your money back). All 1-star reviews are about delivery, after care, customer service. And that's when this company shows their real face. Incredible. "We will deliver within 8 weeks sir". 17 weeks in, nothing and all communication is only when we ask/demand it. If you want anything nice without the hassle. Don't buy it here.

Purchase at Delft shop
When we first arrived Delft shop, the person there was not very helpful, we almost went away. Later we had the chance to speak with another vendor and he was very professional and he really explained well and provided good recommendations.
Second time we went there, it was almost time for the shop to close and the same vendor we spoke in the first visit, finalised our purchase without showing any hurry.

Binnen vier weken na uw bestelling hebben wij u geïnformeerd over de vertraging van de eetkamerstoelen, het enige item dat nog geleverd moet worden. De rest van uw bestelling heeft u al enige tijd geleden ontvangen via een deellevering. Daarnaast hebben wij een compensatie aangeboden, omdat ook wij het vervelend vinden dat u langer moet wachten. We waarderen het dat u ervoor kiest om op uw prachtige eetkamerstoelen te wachten en zullen ons uiterste best doen deze zo snel mogelijk na te leveren. Het is zeker niet in ons belang om klanten onnodig te laten wachten, en we doen er alles aan om dergelijke situaties te voorkomen. Ons doel is om al onze klanten blij en tevreden te maken. Het spijt ons dat dit in uw geval nog niet volledig gelukt is, ondanks onze inzet om samen tot een oplossing te komen. Great designs, reasonable prices
When we entered the store we were immediately intrigued by the nice designs, good quality and the remarkably reasonable prices - a lot lower than in other stores we visited previously.
Another big plus was the helpfulness of the sales man. He advised us on the diverse possibilities in terms of colors, sizes and was thinking together with us on what the best outcome for us will be.

The colleague in the store was very professional and patience with us because we had a hard choice bht eventually we chose the best sofa that will fit our new home perfectly. Also we felt that we made a good deal because the prices were very good. In conclusion I would recommend the store very much. Good showroom, great product, attractive pricing and excellent team
We explored the Roosendal showroom and found the sofa collection and visual merchandising to be impressive. We were particularly pleased with the sofa we decided to order. The showroom, open even on Sundays, provided a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure or interruption, allowing us to browse at our own pace. This gave us the freedom to consider and choose the sofa that best suited our needs. The proposed delivery timeline appeared reasonable, and the pricing was attractive. The final billing and overall shopping experience were also seamless and complimented by the knowledge of the team there. I would surely recommend.
