I would use these products with caution. I started using calm k-9 with my giant breed puppy who struggles with over excitement. I think they probably did help but at a huge expense (about £80 per month due to her weight). I gave it to her in the morning and she was more manageable and had better focus which helped us to catch up on training and successfully implement a behavioural programme with the help of an experienced behaviouralist. However it was very obvious that she was noticeably more energetic in the evenings and we suspected the calming effect was not lasting all day. What I did not realise is that the calming effect wasn’t just wearing off but I believe she was experiencing some withdrawal side effects in the evenings making her behaviour worse. After 6 months of spending a fortune on this product we decided to stop buying it and assess the changes to her behaviour and possibly try an alternative cheaper product if she became unmanageable again. I went through 3 days of absolute hell, she was worse than I have ever known her to be, couldn’t sleep, high energy, terrible behaviour and completely out of control. I rode it out as I suspected she might be going through some kind of drug withdrawal symptoms. My suspicions were correct, after 3 days of her being a nightmare she is a completely new dog, absolutely perfect, calm, happy and perfectly behaved. Her behaviour is now significantly better than it was whilst she was on this product and I strongly believe the product contains something which is addictive to dogs so that when you stop using it they act up which then reinforces the idea that you need to keep using it. It is possible that this is a unique case due to her size (although I was giving the correct dose for her weight), but I would advise anyone using this product to ensure they are using it alongside a good training programme and be aware that their dog might be experiencing withdrawal symptoms if they are acting up before their dose or on days you do not give it to them. I am very sad to realise that I have been putting my dog through months of withdrawal symptoms every evening when her morning dose started to wear off and so glad that I stuck it out and waited a few days before immediately buying more when she immediately started acting up after we stopped giving it to her. Honestly she is a perfect dog now we are not giving it to her. We went through months of her being completely uncontrollable every evening completely unnecessarily. I have no idea what she must have been going through every evening - it makes me very sad that I was tricked for so long and put her through this. Please beware of potential withdrawal symptoms and consider if your dog is also showing potential signs of withdrawal between doses. Also it’s almost impossible to cancel the subscription, I’ve had to resort to moving money out of my bank account every Thursday as they are endlessly charging me on a weekly basis and I found the only way to stop this is to make sure the payment gets declined.

Edit: I promise you I have got the right company and you have been charging me on a weekly basis. I have the transactions on my bank statement to prove it. Cancelling a subscription is easy, but not when it has already been cancelled and you continue to charge someone?! Was it really necessary to make an example of your Grandma. Your response is rude and unnecessary, I have given an honest account of my experience using your product. If you actually care about dogs you would be interested in understanding why my dog reacted in the way she did when I stopped giving her calm-k9 rather than attempting to belittle my experience and replying in such a condescending way.

Flexi-K9 has given my GSD her bounce back. She is is a much happier dog since starting it.

After using A Ok9 Prime for just a week not only I noticed the difference but the groomer commented on Poppy's coat; how it seemed a lot softer and shinier. And passers by that clap her comment how soft her coat is.

We've been using the A-OK9 products for over four months. I use a combination of their products as I have 3 dogs who have varying needs. My 7yo Lab/Aussie mix is doing very well on Prime K9 and Flexi K9. She has a shiny black coat and mobility is in reverse, as in, she is acting most days like she is about 4yo instead of nearly 8yo. I have a larger breed 5yo boy, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, who I started on Flexi K9 to continue to stay ahead of potential mobility issues that I have seen in this breed. He is very spry and I am pleased to find supplemental support to continue that boost in addition to fitness and nutrition. Our youngest dog is sometimes very much the skeptic as I add supplements to her food. I am very pleased to report she eagerly and without question eats up her food with these supplements mixed in. Believe me, that's a win for me. She is a two year old performance dog, so keeping her fit and looking her best is a top priority. She is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. She is receiving a combination of Prime K9 & Flexi K9 and I have been pleased with what I see in her coat and fitness. All 3 of my dogs receive the Calm supplement as needed. No dog home should be without Calm K9 in my opinion. In fact the lovely scent of it often prompts me to boil a kettle for a cup of my own version of calm, a little quiet tea time. These products are a win for my household all the way around. We look forward to trying some of the new products we have heard about as well. Thank you A-OK9!

I have just bought one of the supplements for my dog - Plaque. I bought it 4 days ago and have been feeding it once a day per the instructions. My dog's breath is already so so much better! She is a standard Dacschund and her breath is always so bad but the Plaque does really seem to be making a difference.

My Labrador has been on Calm, Flexi and Prime since he was 10 months old. I find the Calm helps him make better decisions in his training rather than ploughing ahead as he did before. Flexi helps his joints as he a very very active young man and the Prime leaves his coat in amazing condition. Highly recommended

I have three labradors and a retriever, I use the Ak09 on my Retriever as it helps with her getting unsettled with other dogs, I have seen a difference in her, after 10 days, the Flexi I use on all four dogs with their joints, the dogs love having it on their liki mates, or in a Kong mixed in with some meat. Twix is on 3 Calm, Flexi and Prime and the difference is incredible!

Calm really helps with her reactivity and barking and she loves it on some coconut oil on her calm mat!

Flexi helps with her joints and mobility and Prime keeps her coat glossy and shiny.

Customer service is great and delivery is always timely!

We love our Calm K9. I really love the fact that it works on gut health, which was a huge plus for me. It was a slow burn for us and I started noticing subtle changes on the second pot. My dog was listening better in situations where she couldn't before. It works alongside training so don't expect a magic fix but it had been a godsend and is now part of our daily lives.

I have tried three out of the four A-OK9 supplements, and they have don't wonders for my 1 year old sheltie.
We started with the calm supplement before adding Prime and Flexi. When she began calm, I noticed that her barking significantly decreased (shelties are an extremely noisy breed). It has decreased to the point where she now only barks if she needs to go to the bathroom or she is playing. She is also much more receptive to training and calms down much quicker. When she began Prime and Flexi, I noticed that her coat was so soft and shiny! Once I ran out, her coat began to dull again, despite eating an excellent diet. I'm currently waiting for my new order and will not be without it again!

My favorite though has got to be Calm K9, as training sessions with two hormonal females is still a joy !

My dog has been on prime and flexi since A-OK9 introduced both products.
They are both great-they have every ingredient you could possibly want and I love that they are natural ingredients.
Her coat has never looked better since being on prime and for a dog that I do agility with flexi is brilliant as I know her joints are being supplemented.
I also use the gleam towels regularly-brilliant for getting off dirt, as a cooling mat in summer and to warm them up in winter.
Fresh is amazing in the summer in the hot weather, after a walk or after agility to re hydrate-she absolutely loves the taste and I love the shaker bottle that you can take to make this up anywhere you go.
I use the calm mats every day as a calming activity for her too!

I have my dog, Danny, on both PRIME-K9, FLEXI-K9 and FRESH-K9 and we love them all!

I love the Prime especially! Danny has always had allergies and he'd get ear infections, but the Prime has helped so much. Less itchy + less sensitive = happy boy! And his coat is SO SHINY NOW! He looks so good!

The Fresh is great too, Danny isn't a sports dog (unless sofa surfing is a sport?) but he really doesn't want to drink. If I give him fresh however he will happily gulp away!

He loves them all though, I honestly think he would just eat the powder straight out of the pots if he could! So they must taste good!

I have three energetic herding dogs, ranging from 1 year to 8 years of age. I started using Calm K9 in December of 2019, specifically on my reactive dog to support his training and behavior plan. Changes were subtle.

In March 2020, I ran out and the change then was VERY noticeable. Nothing else in our life changed and he was struggling. Within weeks of returning to his daily dose, he was once more a dream to live with! My girls are also on A-OK9’s Prime supplement, and my oldest is on Flexi. She has an added pep to her step and plays like a youngster with the others. Prior to Flexi she’d grumble, snap, and then move away from the excitement. Now, she joins in!

I’m very satisfied with the quality and science behind these supplements and can’t imagine life without them. Their customer support is always friendly and fast to help.

I have used Calm K9 for all three of my border collies, they can be noise sensitive and 2 have separation anxiety. Within 2 weeks of having them on the supplement, I noticed a significant reduction in their alarm barking and noticed them being able to settle better in the house both when I was home and away (I have webcams set up to keep an eye on them when out of the house!). Great product and would highly recommend!

Our dog Ella has been using Flexi K9 for the last 6 months, and it has really changed her life! As an older dog, Ella is usually stiff and achey after a walk, but since she has been on Flexi, we have really noticed a difference; she is much happier and more agile, and in much less pain - more like her old self again! We find this product really good value for money and the shipping is always prompt and reliable! Will definitely keep using it!

Absolutely useless in all respects.
I read the Facebook reviews and thought I would try this because it claims that it stops lungeing, pulling, excessive going to the toilet. It does non of these things. When I contacted them I was refused an extra tub to try it for longer or a refund. All you get are trite emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This company is selling a product for a high price and has ZERO evidence to back up their claims. They have deleted my comments from their Facebook page where I’ve questioned the evidence behind their claims. I have been following their page and have seen other comments being deleted, particularly ones that question their product and ingredients. Why do this if they have nothing to hide?
I can also see on a post from someone else below saying that they’ve deleted their Facebook comments. Very worrying to know that people are buying products for their beloved pets without knowing the full facts and science behind the claims.
