The rudest experience of my life.

The rudest experience of my life.

I politely requested info for a goat rental, was spoken to by a lady called Cathy. Cathy had the charisma and charm of a toe. Zero pleasantries, a condescending, holier than thou tone, one word answers and then said "I'm sorry you've interpreted it that way" when I called her on it, which isn't an apology. Probably a great service, but couldn't hack talking to someone who couldn't even be bothered to start an email with "Hi name" and avoided my questions for 3 emails. Probably clicks at waiters in restaurants.
