Sal at A.O went above and beyond

Sal at A.O went above and beyond in helping me choose the right washing machine. It is difficult when buying online as you can’t get to see the programs and running times etc. he researched at least 3 different machines for me as he knew I didn’t want a 60 degree wash to go on for hours, and downloaded each manual to find out. He was very knowledgeable about his job and offered additional insurance (which I declined for the moment) but even then he said I have 28 days if I change my mind. What a polite, helpful and knowledgeable guy he is. He should be promoted!!
