"I do not recommend this company to any future clients who might wish to use their services. The reason is very simple: no contact whatsoever, no follow-up. I submitted a request and provided the postal codes to this company, but I never received a response. I only got some offer that was at a very high price. Accordingly, a competing company to A1 Transporter gave me an offer that was 40% lower. The event took place—my car, right, I used a recovery service, it was transported from point A to point B. And then, 10 days later, the said A1 Transporter remembered to ask me if I had found transport. No, I do not recommend this company to anyone. I think this is extremely unprofessional."

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry we disappointed you.
A1 Transporter is a marketplace: customers post a job and drivers send quotes. The prices come from the drivers, not from us, and the customer decides whether to accept one. If this is about a recent request, a quote was emailed within minutes of it being posted, but we understand it was higher than the price you found elsewhere.
We're a new platform, and the more drivers who quote on a route, the better the chance of a low price. Several new drivers joined in the past week, and since your request we've lowered our booking fee to a flat £10.
Our follow-up email came far too late, and we're sorry about that.
