A1 has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. They add options and services without properly explaining them, including things like screen protection, and they do so without my knowledge or consent. That kind of behavior feels unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely disrespectful toward customers. On top of that, it seems they do not even understand the difference between a basic chatbot and a so-called AI assistant. Their “Niksa” definitely does not seem like any real AI assistant, but rather a poorly made automated response system that does not actually help solve problems. Instead of proper customer support, I felt like I was being redirected, confused, and pushed toward extra charges. Very bad experience, and I would not recommend A1 to anyone

At the phone call I agreed to switch from another operator because A1 offered better service and tariffs. When they sent a contract to sign there were different terms, conditions and tariffs then offered earlier. Probably they didn’t think anyone would read before signing. It’s really annoying and disappointing. I will not consider signing with A1 anymore.

I have been using their services for the past 15 years or so. This is a review of customer service, for unprofessional and discourteous communication with the client. It is also a message to the company’s management – addressing clients in an inappropriately familiar tone does not make the interaction friendlier; it creates a false sense of closeness and shows a lack of respect. Even after I explicitly pointed out that this manner of address was unwelcome, they persisted in the same tone, which only reinforced the impression of disrespect.
No siganl! Stay away especially if you are working remote
20 years faitfull to A1, this year no signal anywhere. Want to use apple pay, not working, want to shop online impossible. Having a expensive phone worth nothing. I work from home, use only online digital tools but nothing is working with A1, the only way to work is pay additional network (not A1). Disgrace!!

For the past 5 days, I’ve been trying to get a new phone through them, and the experience has been unbelievably frustrating. Every single day they give me a different price for the phone – no consistency, no transparency, and absolutely no final solution.
I’ve called multiple times, and instead of helping, they just keep changing the offer or passing me around. It’s like no one knows what they’re doing, or worse, they just don’t care.
Totally unprofessional. I regret leaving Telemah and wouldn’t recommend A1 to anyone. Avoid them if you value your time and sanity.

The internet is practically nonexistent. The speeds I get on the mobile network (4G+ and 5G) are literally the same as those from the mid-'80s—except back then, it was more stable! If I could give them a 0/5 rating, I absolutely would. Downloading 2GB takes 18 hours—is that normal in the 21st century?! And this has been happening for the past six months, with the internet getting worse every single month. Meanwhile, I’m stuck in a contract I can’t cancel without paying ridiculous penalties.
