DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. We went with them and paid $2,000 for a new garage door opener. We paid this amount because we were told we would have a lifetime warranty on it. After we paid and signed everything, the technician said oh we can’t honor the warranty unless you upgrade your springs for $800-1200 more because your door is too heavy. So we asked them to take it down as we only paid this much to receive the warranty. We were told to wait for the technician to talk to his manager. After a lot of back and forth they are unwilling to do anything and stated all sales are final. Upon talking to some coworkers, they had a the same or similar experience. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it.

Terry contacted me about repairing my garage door he quoted me one day and came out the following day to do the repairs. He was friendly and competent and did a smashing job I can highly recommend him. I can’t fault the excellent customer service I received

I have used A1Garage Doors twice now
I have used A1Garage Doors twice now. Each time, communication was responsive, service excellent and just recently came out the same day which was a Saturday. Cannot recommend them more highly.
