My first time dealing with cowboy tradesmen. Was not given a reciept for a boiler service,and was later told I had not used their services, whihc was then retracted when I produced evidence.
I was scheduled to have a boiler repair but found out they had not ordered the replacement parts and would have to wait a fortnight for hot water, at a cost of £220 pounds.
I found another company who fixed the boiler within a day at half the cost.
After many phone calls I was eventually offered a refund by A1, but only if I traveled to Coventry to collect it. I still have not recieved any for of refund of apology. The way I was spoken to and disregarded when I had trusted A1 Gas Force to fix my boiler, was frankly shocking. Be warned.

Came around to check my mothers boiler within the hour of the phone call. Matt the engineer was polite and very efficient. If only all companies were like this.

Last Friday my boiler was condemned and by close of play last night I had a wonderful new boiler thanks to the team at A1 Gas Force who were frankly nothing short of brilliant.

I needed a new boiler and a friend recommended this company.
Steve came and gave me a quote for the boiler and other bits that were necessary to comply with laws on emissions. He was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions clearly and in a way I would understand.If I could have given more stars I would. The gas fitters were fantastic. They worked non-stop until the job was completed. They were happy to answer any questions I had. They were friendly and a joy to have in my home. They cleared up after themselves and left the house the way they found it.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing jobs done. I have other work which needs doing and this company will be my first port of call.
The company is A1 Gas Force, based in Sandy Lane, Coventry, there are other companies with similar names who, I am told, have much lower standards, so please type the name in correctly when searching.
