I recently tried to purchase an upgrade of my RANVOO AICELITE neck AC cooling fan that I purchased over a year ago from AMAZON, but the model I wished to buy (AICE3 ) was not in AMAZONS STOCK, So looking around I came across A1SMARTSHOP among others of whom were advertising the product at a really competitive price that was over 60 uk pounds cheaper WITH FREE POSTAGE.
The site looked quite legit, and the order went seamlessly, but maybe too seamlessly as no sooner was the item paid for, then the shipping was almost immediate stating ROYAL MAIL as my courier that actually made me feel that it would arrive from a uk company/location in maybe a few days. The days passed and i had no tracking number, and no way of knowing where my purchase was, and i don't have patience for companies that mess you around, especially .com companies that usually are based in China and hide behind "UK company" or the "ROYAL MAIL" courier name to make you think that you are dealing with a uk firm.
I requested a tracking number from ANDY at this company, and even though i must have requested this numerous times he just made empty excuses of which made me suspicious about the location of the dispatch, of which turned out to be HONG KONG CHINA.
It may also have been that like AMAZON the item may not have been in their stock also, and they were just stringing me along until they acquire the product, who knows!
Obviously he could not provide a ROYAL Mail tracking number as this is not possible until goods arrive and are registered in our country.
Luckily i used PAYPAL for my purchase as they have followed through with my report to them and my refund is returning back to my bank in a few days.

Strangely they(A1SMARTSHOP) have made this refund without any issue, even though my order status shows (SHIPPED) , it just begs the question, WAS THE ITEM ACTUALLY SENT OUT?

UPDATE: The actual product in question seems to have been removed from this company's webstore.

Please avoid using this company as this was an obvious scam

I ordered a product requested by my bother who is currently on his way to visit me in London. It seemed unavailable but I was searching and found A1. They had the product at an excellent price. It was ordered on the 4th of July and received in London today the 10th.
My brother made a second request for another one which I immediately placed and given the excellent speed of delivery I should have both available for his arrival in London. The packaging was excellent. I have left the bubble wrap intact so haven't yet inspected the item but my brother has previously tried this hand held fan and said it was the best so I'm sure everything will be fine. Based on my experience I will definitely recommend A1.

I’m extremely disappointed with this seller’s handling of my order. The delivery driver left my package on the floor in the entrance of my apartment building without attempting to deliver it to my door. There was no effort made to ensure the item was securely handed to me or even left in a safe location.

Despite providing clear evidence (through PayPal) that I never received the item—only a photo showing it left unattended in a public space—the seller refused to offer a refund. The item was taken, and I was left out of pocket.

I find it completely unacceptable that a package can be dropped on the floor in a shared building, marked as “delivered,” and the seller takes no responsibility for the loss. This is poor service and goes against basic delivery standards.

Buyers beware: if your item goes missing after careless delivery, don’t expect any help or accountability from this seller.

I ordered a evpad11 box from A1 smartsshop but I had trouble setting it up. So I contacted them and they reply immediately explaining how to installed the box. It's been working perfectly since, excellent customer care service.

Good after-sales service to his customer in the UK even it was mid-night in HK. Background was that I received an EVPad from the shop today but it didn't have the TV app installed. He could provide a link which allowed me to download from the site. Then, the TV function is working now

Very quick delivery on time and genuine Shokz earphones .

I ordered headphones for my bf and they were sold an extra £6 for the black piece. The delivery took more than 10 business days and when it arrived; it did not include a carry case for the headphones which was clearly listed on the site at least 3 times and some reviews by previous buyers showed they received their carry case. When I emailed them, they insisted it does not include one when I have sent them screen shots at least twice. In the end they gave in and sent a carry case but it was not the exact case for the product I ordered and sent a generic carry case! Very Very Very disappointed for such dishonest business.
