I've ordered a headset and the website stated it would be shipped in 1-2 business days.
The status went to 'shipped' a day later but no tracking number was provided.
When I asked support about the tracking number, they've told me that it's not shipped yet and it will take another few days.
After a week without updates, they offered to cancel the order, which I did.
They kept 10% of my payment for their fees.
Clear scam.
I had to recover the money from my credit card company.
Annoying. Be aware!

I researched this site a lot before purchasing the Rayeno Air 4 Pro XR glasses + HDMI adapter for an unbeatable price of $240 delivered.
And I'm glad to say the seller delivered the items in brand new sealed boxes and we'll packed and was very responsive on what'sapp.
The website looks sketchy but I read all the negative feedbacks and the seller replied to all of them and anyone claiming it was a scam site updated their review to say they received the item.
So this was reassuring.
Paypal has been removed as a payment option from the website which makes it look more suspicious.
It's worth noting the seller is based in Hong Kong but has the items shipped from China.
So it takes a few days to get the tracking number added as a remark in your order page and you don't get notified by email when it's added. Also the seller failed to mention that the HDMI adapter was sent separately until I asked when I received the glasses but received it 2 days later.
I would recommend the seller to set up an email alert for the tracking number and also be more transparent about how the orders take a few days to ship from China. And also consider adding PayPal back as a payment option.

I was very sceptical about ordering with the mixed reviews online but took the chance and im very happy i did purchase from these guys at a1smartshop my item came in just under 2 weeks from china the zd ultimate legend controller. I reached out on watts app after about 5 days with no tracking and had a reply in very quick time and assured me my item was on its way and provided tracking instantly,Great customer service.

Ordered Huawei pen from them and it’s worth the price.

I ordered the latest TV box 8 days ago and received the delivery yesterday. After a very simple installation procedure, it is now working to my satisfaction. It was a great price and I have recommended it to my friend today!

Bought Divoom Timesgate device from A1smartshop. Developed a fault after 3 months which Divoom confirmed was not fixable and should be returned to retailer. Several emails to retailer without reply, have lodged a case with Paypal for refund. Avoid this retailer because if anything should go wrong with your product, they will not correspond or answer your emails.

They now state in their reply I made the speaker broken!? That’s laughable. It developed a known fault which Divoom confirmed is replaceable under warranty from the retailer. Warranty is 1 year not 3 months as they claim. As I stated avoid purchasing anything from this outfit as they don’t reply or honour standard warranty. If I could give them a minus 1 Star, I would. AVOID!!!!!

Perhaps A1smartshop you should engage with your customers next time they email you, until you get a negative review and then try to rubbish their experience.

Great service from start to finish, ordered a tvpad recently, delivery took a bit longer than expected, but tracking updates provided for peace of mind and once it arrived at local distribution centre, the courier texted to inform delivery date and time. Had no issues with A1smartshop and will definitely order from them again in the future.
