Delivery experience
My order was placed on 6/11 and I kept chasing any updates on delivery one week after but nothing. So I tried to contact their CS to ask for help and got their immediate response. And also, they showed me up the tracking status and finally I got what I bought.

Competitive price on a quality product
I bought a couple of pairs of Shokz OpenRun Pros, price was excellent. Being an import I did check the reviews and it looked like a genuine offer. Although it said on the receipt that items may ship separately, I was a little concerned when, initially, only one item arrived, but the second item arrived a few days later. Packaging was excellent, both headsets registered in the UK for warranty without issue. Happy customer.

After ordering I had a concern that the website was a scam. I e mailed the company and had a prompt response from Andy which reassured me. The rest of the process was very good. A suggestion for the company is to send out set up instructions in English when shipping to uk.

I ordered the Gamesir G7 Pro from this shop. Initially, there was a mix-up with the address, but by contacting customer service (I was pleasantly surprised by the response times) we resolved everything. The item arrived slightly earlier than expected.

Gave me the wrong color item and long delays in the process of getting a refund
My order didn't arrive on time. I ordered a camera in the color white and received blue I contacted them about it and they told me that the white is no longer sold anywhere in the world, But they still have the white color listed on their website just to get more sales and hoping that's the buyer wouldn't want a return. I wanted a refund they sent me the address and I posted it. I forgot about it for a week until I remembered and I asked if they received it yet. He said I would get a refund in 24 hours. 2 days later still no refund I contacted again and finally received a refund.
