Worth the wait
I purchased the Lofree Block mechanical keyboard and mouse, which retail in the UK for around £200. By ordering from this seller in China, I saved over £70. Delivery took about 13 days, which is perfectly reasonable considering the savings.
Initially, I was concerned when I didn’t receive an order confirmation, and after reading a few negative reviews online I worried it might be a scam. I reached out to Andy, who responded quickly and reassured me that my order was being processed. True to his word, the parcel arrived 13 days later via Evri, well-packaged and in pristine condition.
The keyboard and mouse are flawless, work beautifully, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent communication, great value for money, and absolutely worth the wait. I would happily order again. Thanks Andy.

No proper customer service
Placed an order for a smartwatch, they taken full payment, marked item as shipped but no tracking provided, after a month I receive an order cancellation email with no reason and a partial refund that they don't answer to explain why

Please dont waste .Very bad customer service ,not recomended .There was painful experience with this company,firstly i havent received item ,they said they send me by relay i have to contact with them as track said delivered but i havent got item,then i have contacted several time with curier company they done appology email and clearly said to contact with retailer ,they i have send them email they didnt resend /refund also i have open paypal case they give same track and paypal belived delivered so they didnt refund me for seller . Its not my fault i paid but didnt received my utem. So i lose £60 ,its poor customer service ,never buy any item , not recomended at all

Worth the wait
I was somewhat nervous placing the order with a business I hadn’t heard of before, I needn’t have worried.
Be prepared for the item to take a while to come, but rest assured it will. The savings on offer make it worth the wait. I reached out on WhatsApp to get an update on my order and found the response to be quick, which helped put my mind at rest as I waited for delivery.
Recommended, I’d certainly purchase from A1 Smart Shop again.
