Right first time.
Item arrived promptly, well packaged and the price was excellent too. This was my first order from A1 but in future they will be my first port of call for any tech needs.

BUYERS BEWARE!
The only good thing I can say about this company is their prices.
Unfortunately my parcel was tampered with in transit (which is not this company’s fault) and so I received a parcel with no iPad - just the packing slip! A1 Tech has received the parcel back (as I refused delivery - photos and tracking proof provided). A1 Tech has all the necessary proof and communication from me and Royal Mail (which I have forwarded on) but A1 Tech are now ignoring me and not refunding me or sending me a replacement. I am without an iPad and approx £280 out of pocket.
Buyers please order with caution and stick with reputable customer service. I imagine this company is great when delivery does not get tampered with but trying to get a resolution for my situation has lead me to the stage of giving feedback.
Disappointed that someone would tamper with a parcel and disappointed that a company would keep money falsely.

Packaging was poor. If your going to use bubble wrap, wrap the phone box in it or put enough in the box to cushion the phone. No points for packaging, but I'm still a happy camper. Cheers.
