I had an issue with how tickets for front seats (2 seats next to drive - so 3 people in a row) were described on the website as they were very cramped and not the best option for a long distance drive. They listened and my issue was resolved. Here are some questions I should have asked BEFORE I paid which might help you too:
1. How many seats total in the vehicle?
2. Will all passengers have individual reclining seats with armrests?
3. Is the front seat included in the bookings — and if so, is it a bench or individual seat?
4. Is this a dedicated point-to-point transfer or will there be additional pickups along the route?
5. Is the price the same for all seats regardless of position in the vehicle?
6. Does the price include hotel pickup and dropoff, or just a central departure point?

I bought train train tickets through a21 and they were quick, efficient and provided a lower price than the official website. Great to work with.

A21 Tours provided a great transfer from Cat Ba Town to Hanoi, Old Quarter. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient, courteous & communicated with us clearly & regularly. They showed excellent customer service!

I have used A21 to travel to Ninh Binh and Halong and I have appreciated their great communication and flexible limousine travel times even with little notice. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Travelled from Hanoi to Halong. Very efficient and comfortable service. I was picked up from my hotel and dropped off at my hotel in Halong. Communication was very good through whats app. Would recommend.

Very nice cars! Fast, punctual service. When other customers weren't happy they were fast to accommodate their needs.

Last minute booking 24 hours before departure was handled smoothly. We took a transfer from Hanoi to Halong which was very pleasant. Good driver, comfy seats and a overall great experience. Support via WhatsApp was excellent as well. We will book them again!

Go with this company. I heard many stories about no communications and horrible riding conditions on other booking sites. But A21 was different.

I took a van for Hanoi to Ninh Binh and back. Both times the communication through whatsapp was flawless. I'm guessing that they assign a person to you so that you are interacting with the same person the whole time. The agent for me was Phuong and she did an excellent job. Answering all my questions and updating me on when the van will arrive and checking to see if im on it.

I also had to change the time of my trip and Phuong changed it no problem.

As for the van, I believe they don't own the vans so they hire outside van companies. But I think A21 keep a close contact with them so that everythig will run smoothly.

Overall, very pleased to have gone with them. If you have any doubt, choose them and they will take care of you.
