Awful is an understatement!!! A lady from their "management" called me and told me that they'll deliver my package to a "nearby" Supermarket and leave it at the info desk. What kind of a delivery service does that? Why not just deliver it to my address? - it's only a 3 minute drive from the Supermarket to my address, and it takes me about 15-20 minutes to WALK TO THE SUPERMARKET!!!! SO I LOST ABOUT 40 MINUTES JUST TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE!!! WHAT KIND OF EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE DOES THAT???????
I wasn't even give a choice, the lady just hung up when I wanted to ask for additional information.
On top of that I got an SMS from them saying that the courier picked up my package and is gonna call me when they are nearby - no ETA, no NOTHING!!! Now I don't know where my package is at all.
Their website says: "Customer Support 24/7", yet the phone numbers never work. I was never able to call them via their shortcode 1300, and when I called the landline, I never got on a call with anyone, just kept keeping me on hold infinitely and nothing happens. I managed to ge ahold of someone or something on via their Viber contact, and I said that the phone numbers never work, to which I just got the answer that they work and that's it. They never answered any of my latter questions nor had given me any information as to "where in the hell is my package right now????!!??"
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. IF ANYONE FROM A2B IS READING THIS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Express delivery they are not.
This company charges an express delivery fee but doesn't stand by its own terms. They fail to deliver on time and give very vague answers when you ask why. They also claim they can't forgo the delivery charge, even though they are exclusively at fault for the delay. Having worked in logistics, I know this is not true. At least their competitors have the decency to waive the delivery charge when they fail to deliver on time.
I wish they could deliver as fast as they could talk.
