I have ordered the mail supplies from A2b stationery in April for the first time. Quality is top notch. Very happy with my order. Looking forward to order it again from them.

Difficult communication and no orders delivered after payment

I would really like to give positive feedback but struggling with this order. 9th April I ordered toilet rolls from them. Since then I have message the company 6 times, no reply. I have tried ringing them today, no reply, no voicemail. I really wish to do business with them but they do not make it easy. Again, I need to raise a PAYPAL claim for refund. I wish I could do business with them but just do not understand the issue. UPDATE 23rd April. Tried ringing the company again. No reply, no voicemail. Updated message centre on order on their website page for the 8th time as still no reply to any messages. Not sure whats going on here.
