Matt delivered my new car to me and he was fantastic throughout. Called the day before to let me know when to expect him, updated me in the morning before he set off and his ETA was spot on! Really helpful and informative during handover and overall just really friendly! Thanks Matt and A2P Logistics.

Excellent hand over thanks Matt! I had a call a day before delivery to give me an estimated arrival time which was really useful, and a call on the day one hour before. I also had a detailed hand over once the car arrived including connections to the app and my phone, thanks again

Matt called me the day before delivery to discuss sometime constraints on my end and did everything he could to accommodate them. On the morning of, he called me to say he was on the way with an ETA and managed to get here 45 minutes prior to that! Once here, he gave me a thorough run down of the cars functionality, helped me to pair keys/phones to the car and completed the handover document efficiently.

My new BMW was delivered this week, I don’t usually leave a review but I think that the service provided by A2P Logistics was excellent. From the first contact I was kept up to date on what to expect and given a realistic time slot which was totally spot on.
My vehicle was delivered to my front door in a very rural setting which isn’t traceable via the postcode!
Matt ran me through the features of the vehicle and even helped register the vehicle to my phone, he also showed me how to accept the vehicle ( subject to an inspection ) on the BMW system. I really would commend this service as being excellent. Thank you A2P Logistics 👏

Matt's logistics service for me was the best part of the whole process of getting my new lease car. He called the day before delivery to update me on the process of getting it to me, asked about access to my property and was happy for me as I was so excited. On the day I had a picture of my car in his truck sent to me and an update on when he was likely to arrive. And then another text to say he was 10 mins away. He drove it onto my drive. Checked it over with me and spent time in the car going over all the techy stuff. He has patience and his knowledge about the car was really good. Thank you Matt. Would thoroughly recommend his company.

Matt delivered out new car to Aberdeen and communicated the status of the delivery throughout it's journey. Managed to get the car right to our door via a rough farm track and steep hill without a problem. Gave me a great run down on the BMW functionality once the car was off his trailer. Very professional service. Pleasure doing business !

Matt delivered my car this week. Amazing service from start to finish. Kept me updated with any travel delays, and ETA was spot on! He then took the time to explain various functions within the car, and was very knowledgeable of the model, which was really helpful! He was also very detailed when checking the condition of the vehicle, highlighting a few blemishes in the paintwork, that I might have missed! Overall, amazing friendly service, and would highly recommend for any private deliveries or collections. Cheers Matt 👍

Matt delivered my new car, he gave us detailed information prior to arriving and updates when there was a little delay at the dealership. It was a long drive for him to us and back too.
When he arrived he spent some time showing me how to access all the software and apps as it was an electric car, he really knew this model of car.
Matt was very professional, personable and approachable. Great service all round.
