Hi, Not sure why you have put this as do work locally with in Keith in North East Scotland, as well as airport runs, all day bookings and long distance journeys for some customers, I am a sole trader and at times unable to take bookings due to already booked. Also don't answer the phone or messages to take bookings if driving.
The driver was on time and he was very polite and helpful, his car was very clean.

This has been put on the wrong business as I am a female sole trader so no other drivers
The electronic phone system told me me five mins and over one hour later, they offered to book a new cab as they had apparently picked up wrong people. They were beyond useless and were a complete no show. Don't believe Thier system that says how many minutes away it is. We were being told one minute, then 0 minutes but no taxi came. As a result I was unable to collect my car from garage in time and whole weekend ruined.

A2Z Taxis & Tours Scotland does not use any type of electronic phone system, it is a person who answers the phone to take bookings. So this is for another company some where else in the UK.
Amazing taxi. Ali was really accommodating. Are within 10 mins. Would recommend to anyone booking with them!
I must admit that I very rarely write a review for anything!!! But for the service that I received from A2Z taxis last night I just had to, its the absolute least I can do!! The gentleman drivers name was Waseem No13 driver, What an absolutely delightful young man!!! So not only was his car super clean, in fact immaculate it was actually. Waseem himself was such a lovely man to talk to I didn’t want the journey to come to an end (apart from the fact that the meter was running lol!!)
He just made the whole experience such a pleasure I most definitely would never use any other taxi service & I will always ask for Mr Waseem No13 if I’m lucky enough to be able to use his services I most certainly always will!!!
The young lady Amanda who works in the office on the phone is always very cheerful & super helpful as well that has to be mentioned. Thank you A2Z for ur 10/10 services 😁

Great Company that will get you where you need to be on time and in a professional manner. Excellent if your heading to a business meeting as you can take calls and work whilst driven. No need to stress about traffic or parking.
