5 months later, still no book and no refund

On the 20th of May 2026 I paid €35 for a book called "Paramedic's Guide to Paramedic Care."
I emailed to find out what was happening with the delivery of my book. Then on 4 August, I finally received an email to say that they were going to send it out and asked for my address again.
On the 5th of September I asked for a refund. I finally got a reply on the 29th of September, which told me they would send me a refund. As of today, the 12th of October, I have not heard any more from them.
It's now just over 5 months without any book, without any refund, and with very poor customer service.
