Took my car into the body shop for a repair and paint job on the rear bumper. Excellent service and 5 star repair, looks brand new. This is not my first time at A690. I previously had some issues with my car, having visited multiple garages prior with no joy, A690 were able to diagnose the problem straight and provide a solution. Range Rover electrical and cooling system problems rectified quickly without any fuss, great service, friendly competent staff - highly recommended again.

We had a little complicated situation coming into the dealership at A690 Specialist Cars, however the way the sales manager Andrew handled our situation was second to none! Really professional, understanding and respectful. Throughout the process Andrew was very informative paying full attention to detail about the car making sure it’s spotless on collection day, which it was and we’re absolutely in love with the car! Even after days of having the car Andrew is still making sure everything’s ok with it and we really appreciate that. It’s a one of a kind car within the budget we had and couldn’t feel luckier being the ones to get it and couldn’t be happier it was from A690 Specialist Cars!

As I live in Portsmouth, Andy kindly took the time and initiative to make a thorough video of the car and send it to me before I travelled to collect it the following week. When I arrived, he took the time to review all the details and explain everything about the car, including all the controls and the menu systems. It was a really good buying experience and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I've had the car for just under a month now and have had no issues. Nice one Andy! Thank you very much!

David went out of his way to help me, I’d never drove an automatic before and he talked me through all of the controls on the test drive and the route we took allowed me to see how it performed on different types of roads. He explained everything clearly and I felt very comfortable and he answered all of my questions, I got a great price for my part ex off the owner Phil. We recently purchased an Audi A4 Avant from A690 Specialist Cars Ltd. The experience from start to finish was superb and made the car buying experience stress free and enjoyable. I found a Mercedes GLA and fell in love with it, dean was super helpful with the process as it was my first ever car I’ve bought. Wasn’t pushy and was quick with responses and videos. Even went out of the way to do video calls as I’m deaf and rely on lip reading. Would definitely recommend A690 to anyone that’s looking for a car!

I found a Volvo V40 for sale at A691 Specialist Cars on AutoTrader and arranged a test drive at short notice which Andrew was happy to arrange, getting the car back from their body shop for me to try. The car looked as good as advertised and I decided to buy. On the collection day, he picked me up from Durham railway station and went through a comprehensive handover. I've had only one issue with the car since buying it. When one of the rear tyres had a fault which we hadn't spotted and both needed replacing, A691 were happy to sort this for me. Didn’t know about A690 specialist cars, recommend through my brother in law. I really wanted a luxury car. Gareth was really helpful and wasn’t pushy at all, in fact went above and beyond getting me my car. He even picked me up to get my car from home.
