I'm in love! This couldn't be any better!

I've dreamt about having one of these A7 singlets and full matching set. It was actually a gift from my parents to my birthday but I could choose what I want. This was literally my dream and finally I can be part of this community. The singlet is perfect except a bit of tightness in the thighs, but I guess it's because of I have a short but wide built, I have size S. The material of the singlet and that how it fits...it amazed me! It's beautiful. Also I didn't expect the competetion T-shirt to fit that well, it's so soft and comfy. It's really admirable. The socks are also perfect! I have no words. And thank you for the card! It made my day.❤️

The products are ok I guess

The products are ok I guess. Got an already opened pair of knee sleeves and the Support is questioning me about product quality and stains which were already there.
Overall the service sucks but the products are kinda fine.

Thanks so much for your review and apologies for the confusion. I think the confusion is regarding our Polar Knee Sleeves and our standard process for these.

We always will ask for photos beforehand with the polar sleeves when returning, as it speeds up our returns process greatly for you. This is clearly stated in our returns policy. The reason we do this is the polar sleeves can easily get dirty in transport.

If we do not have these photos, we get in contact and when we contacted yourself on this occasion, we refunded you when we had confirmation the parcel was not opened.

I can confirm that this is not the process for all items, just the polar sleeves.

Any more questions or any clarifications you need with any items or future orders, just get in touch and we will be happy to help. As a small team of 3, we pride ourselves on our customer service and I’m sorry this didn’t hit the mark on this occasion.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience with A7 Europe. I ordered a pair of shorts that turned out to be too small. Not only did I already pay delivery charges to receive my order, but they are also refusing to cover the return shipping costs, which amount to €8.

I find this really unfair: in the end, I have to pay twice for shipping for a product that doesn't even fit me. It's not very business-like and it gives a bad impression of their customer service.

Appreciate the time you’ve taken to write the review! I do understand your frustration and we wish we are able to cover returns costs of items, however as mentioned in my email response we are unable to do so as a small business. I hope in time that any savings we recieve from the couriers we can pass onto our customers but at this time it is not possible.

In terms of the returns, it can be a lot less than 8 Euros to return the shorts if you use a self post label on our returns portal. This label prints off our shipping address to our hub in France where you can return the shorts by purchasing a label at the post office. This should keep your returns costs as low as possible 😊

Thanks so much and I am sorry the shorts do not fit quite right. I hope you love the rest of your items!

Extraordinary service

Extraordinary service! Always helpful, friendly, always here if you have any problem with order. I had a situation before competition, sleeves I've ordered were too small and they found useful solution and delivered it on time (and I live on a small Croatian Island 😅).

Top-Tier PL Equipment.

Bought a pair of knee sleeves and wrist wraps. The quality is amazing, I am very very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again when I need top tier equipment such as belts or the like. For now I am deciding (and trying with cheaper brands) which belt to buy 10 or 13 mm thick but when I have made up my mind and want a belt for the long haul will definitely look at theirs.
The emerald colour is awesome by the way.

Rigor Mortis Knee Sleeves

Best knee sleeves I’ve ever worn. The Rigor Mortis gave me so much support during squats that my PR felt easier than ever before, and it’s also easier to hit depth with them. The material wore out after a few months, but I got a replacement and only had to pay for shipping. I even prefer these over my old SBD sleeves. They’re very stiff, not the most comfortable, but definitely worth it.

Premium Customer Support

I had a defect in my old pair of knee sleeves. Customer support was quick, kind, and professional, and I have quickly gotten myself a new pair - only having to pay for shipping. That is definitely the best customer service I have experienced from any fitness/weightlifting/powerlifting company.
Also, Hourglass Rigor Mortis Sleeves rule! :)

Great experience overall!! My singlet arrived in 9 days (regular shipping) in a sealed package with a personalized note. It made me feel seen and like the A7 team really care about the athletes choosing to wear their designs. The singlet itself fits perfectly according to the sizing chart and the design is beautiful. Apart from knowing the brand was great quality I ended up choosing them for the variety of designs available as I wanted to feel my best on meet day

Even though I have to agree with a previous review of the ” night light ” edition of singlet and accessories… it’s far more purple than blue and the different pieces doesn’t really add up 😊 I’ll probably keep it but not as expected and a bit disappointed ..
