I was really into sbd but when i ordered first thing from A7 a could really see the difference between those two best companies. I really loved the customer service that A7 provided me with and also packaging was really nice because my Rigor mortis knee sleeves came in custom bag and also nice net .I have also recieved A7 slogan and hand written thank you list. A7 also offers many delivery servicies and i really like the variety of choices i had. Also A7 provides great quality products with big variety of colours and types .

My return got lost from dhl.
I prooved that i sent back the item. This is now over one month ago and still I dont have my money back. Thats not the Service i am used from A7.

Hello!

Thanks so much for getting in touch with this, and I am sorry for this issue, and happy to provide more clarity on this as I know we have already been looking into this for you.

You purchased an insured returns label via our returns service and the parcel was "delivered" on the 8th April. For our returns service we are only able to open an investigation fully with the courier after 30 days of the parcel being supposedly delivered. We submitted all the information to the courier on the 12th May, and the investigation is now on its way. It is unfortunate that it can take up to 30 days then for the courier to finish the investigation on their end. However, I am confident we will get an outcome in this time.

I do realise this is much more of a longer process than both you or I would like in this instance, however, it is important for this process to take place to protect yourself as well as all of our other customers from any possible fraud that may take place within the delivery process.

I will get in touch via email as well (our last response to you was yesterday 20th May) however, I am hoping we can receive an outcome before the 30 days are up. If we do not receive an outcome by the 12th June I will of course issue a refund for you, as waiting any longer than 60 days is totally unacceptable.

I hope you can empathise that sometimes couriers do underperform, and we are doing all we can to ensure this situation is rectified as soon as possible.

Great Support

2 Times my sleeves have torn, 2 times i have received new ones almost instantly. Also i got my free Germany singlet and i am very happy with the quality of every product i have from A7 even the T-shirt is one of my most comfy shirts.

Singlet, socks and free surprise gift

I got Luno singlet and socks and a free surprise gift! Everything looks amazing can’t wait to train in it! One thing, I’d suggest more detailed sizing charts (however it worked for me I got S size - 167cm, 63kg)

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, I orderded their Rausch Singlet a size to small and within 1 hour of me asking for a size change it was all set and done

I dont like the courier they use for atleast the Netherlands GLS is just very inconsistent with their delivery time.
I would love to see matching joggers with the singlets, im looking for same colored ones right now and theyre all from very cheap material
