I will never fly with American Airlines again specially connected flights are concerned. I travelled with my husband from Heathrow Airport to Mobay via Charlotte the flight got cancelled until the next day we stayed overnight at an hotel near by to be told again our flight was cancelled no apology no let's re-book you on a next flight we are the ones that did the pushing they found us a flight to Miami a stopover at Miami we arrived about 8pm we tried to make ourselves comfortable until boarding time of 11am the following morning to Mobay Jamaica 🇯🇲 at the time we were supposed to board they said due to lack of staff they had to cancel theflight at this time me and my husband sorry to say we lost it we felt American Airlines are now taking the P we eventually got rebooked on another flight to Mobay when it was time to get our luggage there was no luggage we spent 2 hours documenting delayed luggage we were reinstated with our luggage 3 days after being in Jamaica on our return flight to London Heathrow via Charlotte at 17.28 we were told at 3.50 pm the flight was cancelled until Sunday the following morning we pleaded with American Airways that Saturday afternoon to please get us on the 16.28 flight instead because my husband had work Monday they said the gate is closed now we cannot get on the plane so everyone was put up in a hotel until the following Sunday never ever again American Airlines

Purchased BA tickets but made to fly with their partner Airline American Airlines. Both planes (outbound and return) were tired and in need of an upgrade. Paid over £4k for business class, but stuff didn’t work (screens, lights, electric seat), food was surprisingly terrible and whenever we had to interact with staff, their attitude was dismissive and even rude at times. Need to work out how to avoid American Airlines when choosing to fly with BA for their loyalty programme. Disappointed

I called the London office to get a refund for a cancelled flight.They answered in less than 3 minutes ! My refund was processed within 5 mins.Sadly Easyjet cannot do anything like this - I am on my 8th day of trying to call them, hours and hours left hanging on, still with no progress at all!
